IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS HEATER
NOTE: There may be a trace of smoke or odor when the unit
is first operated. This indicates that there is oil residue on the
heating coil from the manufacturing process. It will quickly
evaporate and should not re-occur.
Make sure that the room in which the heater is located is well
ventilated. It is normal for the appliance to emit small cracking
sounds when operated the first time. Do not be alarmed.
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should
always be followed to reduce risk of fire, electrical shock,
injury or property damage, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using this heater.
2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let skin
touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture,
pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 ft.
(0.9 meters) from the front of the heater and keep them away from
the sides and rear.
3. Extreme caution and supervision is necessary when any heater is
used near children or pets and when the heater is left operating
while unattended.
4. Always turn off the heater and unplug when not in use.

5. Do not use outdoors.
6. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation
or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock, fire or
damage the heater.
7. Do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner.
8. A heater has hot, arcing or sparking parts inside. To reduce the
risk of fire, do not use in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable
vapors and liquids are used or stored.
9. Always plug heater directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never
use with an extension cord or power strip.
10. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas
and similar indoor locations. Never place heater near a bathtub
or sink.
11. T
his heater is not suitable for hazardous locations or agricultural
facilities.
12. Do not operate the heater if the cord/plug is damaged or has been
dropped or damaged in any manner.
13. Always place the heater on a stable, firm, level surface.
14. Never leave the heater unattended.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the unit on a stable, level surface.
2. Plug the unit to grounded receptacle.
3. Turn on the unit using control knob.

4. Set the thermostat dial to the maximum temperature,
heater will run continuously.
5. Once the room reaches the desired temperature, dial
back until heating element turns off ( you will hear
click). The heater will now cycle on and off around this
temperature. To increase the temperature, turn the knob
clockwise. To lower the temperature, turn the thermostat
counterclockwise.
Note: The fan will constantly be on so that the thermostat
can detect ambient temperature.
AUTOMATIC OVERHEAT SAFETY CUT-OFF
This Heater is equipped with an internal overheat cut-off.
This is to protect the heater during abnormal situation
which can lead to overheating. When a potential
overheat temperature is reached, the heating element will
automatically shut off while the fan will still be on. Unplug
the heater and allow to cool down for 10 minutes then
restart.
Note: The fan will still be on to help cool down after
temperature cut-off opens.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, unplug the unit.
2. Clean the housing with with wet soft sponge or towel.
3. Do not splash water onto the unit and never use solvents
like gasoline, isoamyl acetate, toluene, and etc.
4. DO NOT open the heater to clean interior.

not glow.

1. There is no power to the unit.

1. Make sure unit is plugged and there is electricity.
2. Thermostat will shut off heating element once desired
temperature reached.
3. Unplug the heater and let it cool down for
10 minutes.
