MPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS!
Read this manual completely before operating unit. Only
raise and lower the pallet stand from the front with the lifting
handles and handle bar. Make sure load is always evenly
distributed and never exceed maximum capacity of 5000 lbs.
Do not raise, lower or move the pallet stand while the unit is
loaded. Do not sit, stand, or crawl under the unit at any time.
Only use on firm, level surfaces and securely bolt to floor.
Keep hands, feet, and objects away from pinch points. Ensure
top is secured in lock notches while in operating level.

To raise the stand from storage level into the
first operating level, swing out the handle
bar 90° to the left, (see detail A) and slide the
handle bar to the Left of Pin 1 until it stops.
(See detail A and B)
Grip one lifting handle and the handle bar and lift
the stand until it locks into the First operating level.
(See detail C)
IMPORTANT - Be sure the unit is locked into position
before proceeding on to the next step

o raise the stand from the First operating level to
the Second operating level, slide the handle bar to
the right to Pin 2 until it comes to a stop (see detail D).

Grip one lifting handle and the handle bar, and lift the
stand until it locks into the Second operating level.
(See operating level 2 above).

For final operating level, grip one lifting handle and the handle
bar and lift the stand until it locks into the Third operating level
(See operating level 3).
WARNING
Do not make height adjustments
when pallet stand is loaded.

LOWERING THE STAND
To lower the stand into the second operating level, make
sure handle bar is in Pin 2. Grip one lifting handle and slightly
raise the platform to unlock it's position. Grip the handle bar
and lower the stand into the second operating level.
To lower the stand into the first operating level, make sure
handle bar is in Pin 2. Grip one lifting handle and slightly
raise the platform to unlock it's position. Grip the handle bar
and lower the stand into the first operating level.
To lower the stand into the storage level, slide the handle
bar into Pin 1. Grip one lifting handle and slightly raise the
platform to unlock it's position. Grip the handle bar and
lower the stand into the storage level.
