ILY Bed Shaker

Model LY45

ILY Bed Shaker Model LY45 plugs into the

4.5 volt DC output of the ILY Alarm Clock to
shake you awake.

ILY Bed Shaker Model LY45 was designed by
Global Assistive Devices, Inc. to be
compatible with the ILY Alarm Clock. The
low voltage mini plug of ILY Bed Shaker
Model plugs directly into the jack on the
side of the ILY Alarm Clock. Place the ILY
Bed Shaker under the pillow and when the
alarm is activated, the ILY Bed Shaker will
start to vibrate.

ILY Bed Shaker Model LY45 has an
automatic thermal shutoff with automatic
reset. In the event that your alarm is
inadvertently left on, this thermal protector
will stop the vibrations and then
automatically reset when the unit is safe to
start again.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Your ILY Bed Shaker Model LY45 Bed Shaker
is warranted to be free from defects in
material or workmanship for one year from
date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to any unit
which has been used for other than its
intended use, or has been subjected to
misuse, negligence or accident, or has been
opened or serviced by anyone other than
an authorized Service Depot of Global
Assistive Devices, Inc..

Global Assistive Devices, Inc. may select to
replace the entire unit rather than repair it.

For service, return the unit with proof of
purchase date, in a secure package, insured,
and with shipping charges prepaid. Please
include a note describing the service
required and your return street address.
