This GLEN Hand Mixer is fully warranted against any defect arising out of defective materials or faulty workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Should any defect develop in this product, the customer should bring the product to the nearest authorised service center, where the company undertakes to get the product repaired free of charge.
• The use and care instructions have not been followed.
• Defects are caused by accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.
• The repair work is carried out by persons not authorised by the company.
• Any modification or alteration of any nature is made in the product.
• Normal wear & tear of the product is not covered under warranty
• The Bill/Cash memo and copy of warranty card is not presented.
Under no circumstances, whether based on limited warranty or otherwise shall the company be liable for incidental, special or consequential damages. Use of product indicates acceptance by you of the aforesaid terms and conditions.

For the first use, cleaning the beaters.
Assemble beaters into mixer. Beaters
are used for beating eggs or similar food.
Note: Beaters can be inserted in either
socket.
Ensure that the unit is at the 0 setting,
then plug in the power source.
Turn the speed selector to your desired
se ttin g, t he re is 5 se tting . The appliance will start working.
Warn ing: Do not sti ck knife, m etal
spoons, fork and so on into bowl when operating.
T he max operation time per time shall
not exceed 3 minutes.Minimum 20

When mixing is completed, turn the
speed selector to 0 position, unplug the cord from power outlet.
If necessary you can scrape the excess
food particles from the beaters by rubber or wooden spatula.
Hold the beaters with one hand and
press the Ejection button firmly down with the other hand, remove the beater.
Note: Remove the beaters only at the 0
setting. Never pressing the Ejector bu tt on w hen th e a pp li an ce is operating.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Always allow adequate air space abo ve and o n a ll sides for a ir ci rcu lat ion . Do no t al low th e appliance to touch curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels or other flammable materials during use. Do not use under cupboards or curtains.

• N ever eje ct beate rs whe n th e appliance is in operation.
• Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damage to the mixer.
• Remove beaters from mixer before washing. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
• To Protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put the body in water or other liquid.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the ap pliance and wait it completely cool down before cleaning.
Wipe over the outside surface of the head with a dampened cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
Wash the beaters in warm soapy water and wipe dry. The beaters may be washed in the dishwasher.
Caution: the mixer cannot be immersed
in water or other liquid.
COOKERY TIPS
󾾠 Refrigerated ingredients, such as
butter and eggs, should be brought at room temp erat ure b efore mix ing begins.
• To eliminate the possibility of shells in y our reci pe, break eggs into separate container first, then add to the mixture.
• Do not over-beat. Be careful that you on ly m ix/bl end mi xtu res un til recommended in your recipe.
• Temperature of ingredients and their texture variation, vary the required mixing time and results.
• Always start mixing at lower speed. Gradually increase to the recomm­ended speed as stated in the recipe.
