Standard Features
• Stainless steel top and interior liner
• PVC plastic breaker strip around ice bin liner: creates
5/16ʺ raised edge around liner and acts as thermal barrier
to prevent heat transfer
• One-piece top includes drain pan with removable
perforated insert
• CFC-free foamed-in-place insulation
• Galvanized steel exterior wrap
• 4ʺ deep well liner is 3-3/4ʺ front-to-back
• Designed to hold up to 3-3/4ʺ wide bottles or 1/9th pans
• Installation kit includes: 10ʹ of clear vinyl drain tube,
seven - 4ʺ Ty-wraps, one - 1/2ʺ PVC tee, one - 1/2ʺ nylon
elbow, and two drainline splicers
• Install by making a notched cut-out in work surface
(see Cut-Out Dimensions under Specifications). Make
initial drain connection, especially if access to drain is
limited once the unit is in place. Apply silicone sealant to
underside of flange. Set in place and finish plumbing the
drain line.

Cut-out Dimensions
The unit includes a flange along the back and sides and is
designed to install into a notch cut-out in the bar top. If you
desire the front of the drain pan to be flush with the bar
top, then a 10ʺ deep notch is required with the left-to-right
dimension being 1-3/4ʺ less than the outer flange dimension
as listed below:
• Model DI-MDR24 - 10ʺ by 22-1/4ʺ
• Model DI-MDR30 - 10ʺ by 28-1/4ʺ
• Model DI-MDR36 - 10ʺ by 34-1/4ʺ
Materials
• 22 gauge galvanized steel parts include: exterior wrap
and bottom
• 20 gauge stainless steel parts include: interior liner and
perforated insert
• 18 gauge stainless steel parts include: top and drain pan
