Company History
Glasstream Powerboats™, a trademarked company, has a unique, state-of-the art hull design that is has earned a copyright. The Glasstream product line was brought on by demand of the experienced boater who wants it all; performance, style, uncompromising quality and value. The hull originates from the 1988 race boat “Turn of the Century” which went on to take the APBA Divisional Championship in Key West the same year. Developed as a race prototype, the Glasstream hull was one of the first of its kind to be built. This hull design was a radical, new technology at the time but has now become the trend for performance vbottom boats. The step radically improves handling and performance, reducing the amount of drag and initiating more lift. The end result: A very fast, dry and soft ride. Glasstream presently manufactures eighteen models of fishing and pleasure boats, ranging from 17’ to 36’. Each model is a new design and is a product of over two decades of research and development.
Our Facility
The Glasstream production facilities are located in Dothan, Alabama and Panama City, Florida.
Dedication to Quality
Glasstream quality construction is evident upon first glance and even more so after a hard look; A 100% wood free construction. Everything from the upholstery to the rub rail is made from non-deteriorating materials. The deck and hull are completely glassed together. The stringer system is a molded, foam filled, fiberglass grid system. All the wiring is tinned with heat shrink terminals and breakers that are allocated for each accessory.
The Glasstream state of the art design and building processes results in a stronger, better handling, lighter, faster and more fuel-efficient design. Forged bonded hull integration process results in a greatly strengthened and more rigid assembly, creating a near perfect strength to weight ratio. The exceptionally balanced craft absorbs impact and maintains structural integrity. All boats carry a 10-year hull warranty.

Safety Information
Safe boating is very important to Glasstream Powerboats. In addition to the information found in this manual, it is recommended that any boat owner or operator familiarize themselves with state/local laws as well as all U.S. Coast Guard safety guidelines. It is also important to have a good understanding of the Rules of the Road and to exercise good judgment and common sense at all times while on the water.
Glasstream also advises that while on board, all passengers should wear lifejackets, and the vessel’s operator should always wear the engine safety lanyard.
You should never operate the vessel under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Additionally, extreme caution should be exercised while operating the vessel in rough water, severe weather, darkness, fog or low visibility.

All fuel systems have been factory inspected and pressure tested in accordance with regulations in effect at the time of manufacture. This inspection ensures that the system is air tight, leak proof and safe. It is the responsibility of the end user to maintain the system in as built condition. Make frequent inspections of the entire system to ensure it remains functional for years to come.

Livewell System
Glasstream Boats can be built with a wide array of livewell volumes, quantities and arrangements. The plumbing of these wells is often specific only to the particular boat or configuration, however, some similarities exist.
Most wells utilize an intake, a drain, and an overflow. The intake is usually located on the bottom of the hull. This intake allows the system to receive clean water and it is connected to a valve and then a livewell pump. The drain and the overflow are plumbed out the
In most cases, when using the livewell, the drain must be closed to allow water to accumulate in the well. The intake valve can be decreased to slow water from coming into the well with the adjustment of the livewell spray head. This will allow for the proper flow of water ratio to overflow, keeping an aerated well to improve bait life.

Upholstery Care
The vinyl upholstery used on the seats, cushions, bolsters, and for the headliner in some cabins, should be cleaned periodically with mild soap and water.
Any stain, spill or soiling should be cleaned up promptly to prevent the possibility of permanent staining. When cleaning, always rub gently. Avoid using products containing ammonia, powdered abrasive cleaners, steel wool, ink, strong solvents, acetone and lacquer solvents or other harsh chemicals as they can cause permanent damage or shorten the life of vinyl. Never use steam heat, heat guns or hair dryers on vinyl.
Stronger cleaners, detergents and solvents may be effective in stain removal, but can cause either immediate damage or slow deterioration. Lotions, sunscreen, waxes and polishes, etc., contain oils and dyes that can cause stiffening and staining of vinyl’s.
