ASSEMBLYINSTRUCTIONS

Check that you have everything necessary for correct assembly. Proper
assembly is your responsibility.

V¢orkbench Use Requirements
I intended for use in a garage.
m Maximum weight limitis 1,000 Ibs (453.5 kg) for the workbench.
Unpack the Workbench
1. Unpack the legs and hardware from the box. Verify contents (see
"parts Supplied'_.
2. Remove the back paneland set it aside.
NOTE: Leave the workbench top on the cardboard during
assembly.
3. Remove the protective corners from the workbench top. The bolt
holes should be visible.
Install Legs and Back Panel
1. Place each set of legs onthe workbench underside and match the
bolt holes.
2. Attach the back panel first usingthe 4 back panel bolts and washers
provided, Do not tighten the boltscompletely at this time,
3. Attach the legs to the workbench top using the 8 lag screws. The bolt
holesinthe legsare ovalto ellow space for minor adjustments asyou
work, Tighten the lag screws using a _s in. socket wrench,
4. Use the remaining lag screws to attach the beck panel to the
workbench top.
5. Using a _6 in. wrench, completely tighten the bolts attaching the legs
to the back panel.
6. Screw inthe levelinglegs. The leveling legs have a flat side designed
for use with an adjustable wrench ifneeded. The legs should be at
least V4in. (0.635 cm) engaged inthe workbench leg.
IMPORTANT= Screw the leveling legs in at least V4in. (0.635 cm)
or a minimum of 5 full turns.
1. Using 2 or more people, stand the workbench upright and place it in
itsfinallocation.
2. Adjust the leveling legsas needed.
NOTE: When adjusting the leveling legs, be sure they are at least
V4in. (0,635 cm) engaged in the workbench leg.
Workbench Care
1. Wash theworkbench withamilddstergentand warm water.Do net
allowwatertoremainon theworkbenchforany lengthoftime.
2, Rinsecompletelyanddrythoroughly.

For one year from the date of purchase, when this product isop_erated and maintained according to the instructionsattached to or furnished with the
product, GladiatorTM GarageWorks will replace or repair the defective product or parts to correct defects in materials orworkmanship.
For the life of the product when the Modular Workbench is used and maintained accordingto the instructions attached to or furnished with the product
G adistorTM GarageWorks will pay for repair or replacement of the defective product or parts to correct defects n mater a s or workmanship.
Gladiator TM GarageWorks will not pay for:
1. Service calls to correct the installation of any GladiatorTM GarageWorks products or to instruct you on how to use or install them.
2. Damage resulting from improper handling or shipping of products, or products damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper
installation,acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification or mishandling.
3. Shipping or freight fees to deliv_" replacement products or to return defective products.
4. Repairs or replacement when your product is used in other than normal, single-family household use, such as a commercial environment or handled
inany way inconsistent with the installationinstructionsincluded withthe product.
5. Cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, dents or cracks that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the product.
6. Replacement parts or product for GladietorTM GarageWorks products operated outside the United States and Canada.
7. In Canada, travel or transportation expenses for customers who reside in remote areas.
8. Any labor costs during the limitedwarranty period.
9. Damage resulting from improper loading beyond the specified maximum weight capacity outlined inthe assembly instructions provided with the
product.
10. Surfaces damaged due to chemical interaction resulting In corrosion of paint or metal.
11. Any damage, splitting, checking, cracking orwarping of the wooden top past thefirst year.
Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exctualon or limitation may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Outside the 50 United States and Canada, this warranty does not apply, Contact your authorized Gladiator TM GarageWorks dealer to determine
if another warranty applies.
