SCOOP STRETCHER

Users’ Manual

1. Product features
The scoop stretcher is made of aluminum alloy etc., which is light, beautiful, and easy to operate.

The stretcher can be separated into left and right parts when in use, and the length of the stretcher can be
adjusted according to the length of the wounded person's body.

2. Main purpose and scope

This product is mainly used to transfer fractured and paralyzed patients with ambulances, and can
also be used when transferring patients in other places such as hospitals. This product is used by
emergency personnel.

3. Structure composition

The scoop stretcher is composed of the stretcher main body, guard plate, small guard plate, hinge

joint, telescopic rod, lock buckle, safety belt and so on. see Fig. 1)

7.2 folding operation
Lift up the positioning pin; pull the telescopic rod outward to the longest; longitudinally fold (also can be
separated from left and right and then folded) for easy storage.

8. Maintenance and disinfection
This product is a reusable medical device. See 8.1 and 8.2 for cleaning and disinfection methods.

8.1 Use a face cloth or soft brush, dipped in a little clean water and neutral detergent, and wipe it with a
dry face cloth.

8.2 Use neutral disinfectant spray or wipe disinfection, and iodine and phenol disinfectants cannot be
used.

7. Instructions for use

7.1 separation operation

Turn the small guard board to the horizontal shape, push the telescopic rod into the tube sleeve of the
guard board, adjust the required length, and then press the locking pin handle (positioning block) to make
the positioning pin enter the corresponding positioning hole; Press down the lock catch at both ends to
separate the stretcher from the left and right. Shovel the stretcher from both sides of the patient lying flat
to the bottom of the hip to ensure that the patient's head is at the wide end of the stretcher.

Steps: Fig. (2) turn over the small guard board and push forward the telescopic rod;
Fig. (3) pull up the locking pin handle (locating block) upward;
Fig. (4) press the lock catch at both ends to separate the stretcher.

8.3 Check every week, tighten the screws and rivets of all parts.

8.4 Lubricate the rotating parts every month.

9. Matters needing attention

9.1 At least two people in front and back must operate the stretcher. Safety belts must be worn when
rescuing the wounded. It is strictly forbidden to operate this stretcher brutally or illegally, otherwise the
stretcher may be damaged!

9.2 It is very necessary to use unmanned stretcher for operation drill. Personnel who have not studied and
drilled above are not allowed to operate this stretcher!

9.3 When the stretcher is folded, be sure to pull the small end outward (pull out the hinge joint completely)
before folding, otherwise the stretcher may be damaged.

9.4 When lying on the stretcher, the wounded must keep their body on the wide side of the stretcher, and
it is strictly forbidden to turn them upside down.

9.5 During first aid, make sure that the positioning pin is stuck in the positioning hole of the telescopic tube,
otherwise the small end of the stretcher may slip out of the big end when carrying the injured, which may
injure the patient and damage the stretcher.

9.6 This product is only suitable for transporting the wounded and sick. It is strictly forbidden to load or
transport other objects with overweight, and it is strictly forbidden to collide with ambulances or other
objects violently.

9.7 It is strictly forbidden to flush with high-pressure water gun.

9.8 Regularly check whether the bolts of each part are loose or not, and add lubricating oil to each
movable part.

9.9 If any parts are damaged, please contact our company. Using non-our company parts will bring safety
hazards to the stretcher!

9.10 Modifying this stretcher privately will bring potential safety hazards to stretcher use!

9.11 The damage to the stretcher parts, the operation method and the use environment may cause the
safety hazard of the stretcher. Once the stretcher is in a situation that may cause the patient to fall or be
injured, the operator before and after the stretcher must support the stretcher forcefully to ensure the
safety of the patient.

9.12 If accident occur during use of the stretcher, please report to the manufacturer and
the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is located.

10. Contraindications: None.

11. The warranty period of this product is one year. Damage caused by improper use by the user or force
majeure is not covered. During the warranty period, the company provides repair parts free of charge.
After the warranty period, the company will also be responsible for product repair/parts replacement and
charge corresponding fees. It is not responsible for other quality assurance responsibilities beyond the
warranty.

12. General transportation can be used when shipping or according to the order contract. During the
transportation, avoid violent collision, sun and rain; the packaged scoop stretcher should be stored in a
well-ventilated room without corrosive gas. , Avoid mixing with toxic and harmful substances.
