You are kindly requested to pay particular attention to this manual, before using the appliance, as it
contains important recommendations on the correct installation, use and maintenance of the product.

KART is a family of trolleys specially designed for health operators, care of patients in the various hospital
departments and clinics; the trolleys are also useful for stowage and transport of medicines, material for
dressings, consumable materials, heavy medical equipment and medical file folder.
This appliance has to be used only for the purpose for which it was designed. All other uses must be
considered dangerous.
The manufacturer cannot be considered responsible for damages caused by an incorrect use of the
product or if the product is not used according to the indications of the present manual.
In case of any doubt on the safety of the device, do not use it, and ask to a qualified person.

After removing the packaging, check that the product has not been damaged.
In case of doubt, do not attempt to repair or use the KART, but seek advice from the supplier or from a
suitably qualified person.
Do not expose the appliance to adverse elements (sun, rain, etc.).
Don’t allow the appliance to be used by untrained people or children.
After taking away the packaging, do not leave the different elements (carton boxes, plastic bags, polystyrene,
etc.) in the environment and do not leave them in children hands, as they can be dangerous.
Anyway, do not throw away the packaging before verifying the correct operation of the device, as in case of
giving it back to supplier, the device has to be put in its own original packaging.
All the different element of the packaging, have to be handled following the local Directive regarding the
disposal of the waste.
If it necessary to dispose the trolley KART, at the end of its useful life, or for other reasons, it is important to
consider that it has to be disposed following the directions of the Directives that regulate the medical devices,
for which the same Directives require to reutilization/recycle the parts of the device, to avoid damages to
the environment and consequently for the people health.
Ignoring the Directives regarding the disposal of the waste, please contact the qualified local authorities.
KART doesn’t need any preventive maintenance, but only some cleaning operations.
Do not use any solvent to clean the appliance, but use only a wet cloth.

The manufacturer guarantees the good quality of the parts of the device, assuring, during the warranty
period, to repair or replace as soon as possible, defected parts, if it depends on the manufacturer itself or
on the force Majeure.
The warranty is valid only if the device is used for the purpose for which it was designed.
The warranty of the device is 24 months from its delivery date, even if the device has not put in service.
Parts acquired from other manufacturers have the same warranty that is given to the manufacturer of the
device.
Transport costs of devices repaired under warranty, round trip, are at customers’ charge.
The expiry date of warranty has not modified or extended in any case.
