DESTINAZIONE D’USO / PRODUCT DESTINATION
I nostri carrelli sono destinati al sostegno, allo spostamento ed alla eventuale alimentazione
elettrica di apparecchiature medicali, nell'ambito di studi medici privati, infermerie, ambulatori,
strutture ospedaliere, etc.
Pertanto questi carrelli non devono essere utilizzati per usi diversi.
Ogni altro uso improprio è da considerarsi pericoloso.
I carrelli della linea W-Line sono da considerarsi accessori ai device medicali e come tali
rispondono ai requisiti imposti dal Regolamento 2017/745
Our trolleys are designed to support, to move and possibly power the medical devices, to be used
in outpatient clinics, hospitals, Faculties of Medicine, etc.
That’s why these trolleys don’t have to be used for different uses from the indicated ones.
Every other use has to be considered dangerous.

The trolleys in the Professional Basic and Professional Power line are considered accessories to
medical devices and as such meet the requirements of Regulation 2017/745
STRUTTURA DEL CARRELLO / PRODUCT CONFIGURATION
Il carrello W-LINE è costituito da una struttura invariante costituita dai seguenti elementi:
- base: realizzata in
- montante: realizzato in alluminio estruso e verniciato a polveri epossidiche. Le dimensioni di
massimo ingombro della sezione sono: 65x30mm (WSP). L’altezza del montante strutturale
può essere definita in base alle esigenze del utente finale.
- ruote gemellate: Il carrello è dotato di 5 ruote gemellate in ABS pivotanti; la configurazione
standard prevede 3 ruote con sistema di bloccaggio e due ruote semplici, ma a richiesta è
possibile avere anche tutte e 5 le ruote con sistema frenante. Il diametro delle ruote è Ø65mm
(WSP).
Sul carrello possono essere installati i seguenti elementi aggiuntivi e/o accessori:
- adattatori: Diversi adattatori sono disponibili in base al sistema di aggancio del Device
Medicale.
Nella figura sottostante se ne riportano alcuni tipi al momento disponibili:
lamiera di acciaio e copertura in ABS plastico
- maniglia: maniglia per la movimentazione del carrello realizzata in ABS ad alta resistenza
- cestello: cestello porta accessori in tondino di acciaio saldato e verniciato a forno a polveri
epossidiche.

The W-LINE trolley is made up of an invariant structure consisting of the following elements:
- base : made of steel sheet and cover in plastic ABS
- columns: made of extruded aluminum and painted with epoxy powders. The maximum overall
dimensions of the section are: 65x30mm (WSP). The height of the structural upright can be
defined according to the needs of the end user.

- twin wheels: The trolley is equipped with 5 twin pivoting ABS wheels; the standard
configuration includes 3 wheels with locking system and two simple wheels, but on request it
is also possible to have all 5 wheels with braking system. The diameter of the wheels is Ø65mm
(WSP).
The following additional elements and / or accessories can be installed on the trolley:
- adapters: Different adapters are available according to the coupling system of the Medical
Device.
- handle: handle made of high-strength ABS for moving the trolley
- basket: accessories holder basket in welded steel rod and oven painted with epoxy powders
- ABS basket: In ABS plastic material
GESTIONE DEGLI IMBALLAGGI / PACKAGING HANDLING
Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio, preoccuparsi che i diversi elementi (cartoni, sacchetti di plastica,
polistirolo espanso, etc.) non vadano dispersi nell’ambiente e soprattutto non siano lasciati alla
portata dei bambini, in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.
Comunque non eliminare l’imballaggio prima di essere sicuri dell’integrità e della funzionalità dei
componenti forniti, poiché in caso di eventuale restituzione al fornitore, il prodotto deve essere
riposto nell’imballo originale.
Se è necessario smaltire il carrello, alla fine della sua vita utile o per altri motivi, è importante
considerare che il carrello deve essere smaltito seguendo le indicazioni delle Direttive che regolano
i dispositivi elettromeccanici / elettrici per i quali Le stesse Direttive richiedono di riutilizzare /
riciclare le parti del dispositivo, per evitare danni all'ambiente e quindi per la salute delle persone.
After packaging removal, do not leave the different elements (carton boxes, plastic bags,
polystirene, etc.) in the environment and do not leave them in children hands, as they can be
dangerous.
Anyway do not throw away the packaging before verifying the correct operation of the device, as
in case of giving it back to the supplier, the device has to be put in its own original packaging.
All the different elements of the packaging, have to be handled following the local Directives
regarding the disposal of the waste.
The figure below shows some types currently available:

If it is necessary to dispose the trolley, at the end of its useful life, or for other reasons, it is important
to consider that the trolley has to be disposed following the directions of the Directives that regulate
the electromechanical/electrical devices, for which the same Directives require to
reutilization/recycle the parts of the device, to avoid damages to the environment and consequently
for the people health.
The following warning is valid for cart powered with insulation transformers
MONTAGGIO / ASSEMBLY
Se il carrello è smontato, le attività di montaggio molto semplici, sono descritte al paragrafo
manuale inserito nella stessa scatola che contiene tutte le parti che compongono il carrello.
Attenersi alle istruzioni ivi riportate.
If the trolley is supplied disassembled, the assembly instructions are shown in the specific manual
that you can find in the same box where all the trolley’s parts are.
Please follow the instructions.
UTILIZZO DEL CARRELLO E SUA MOVIMENTAZIONE
TROLLEY USE AND HANDLING
La posizione di uso normale del trolley prevede che le ruote provviste di meccanismo
frenante siano bloccate. Non tentare di spostare il trolley quando il meccanismo di
frenatura è inserito.
Prima di movimentare il carrello sbloccare il meccanismo di frenatura presente sulle
ruote (generalmente le due anteriori) e solo dopo spostare il trolley.
Reinserire il meccanismo di frenatura presente sulle ruote, quando si è raggiunta la nuova
posizione di utilizzo o di stazionamento.
Il carrello è stato progettato per poter essere stabile su pendenze fino ad un max di 5° con ruote
frenate mediante l’apposito dispositivo di blocco previsto sulle ruote.
Il carrello per pendenze superiori ai 5° non va lasciato stazionare incustodito,
ma è necessaria la presenza di un operatore per evitare il rischio di ribaltamento
Non caricare sul supporto posto sulla sommità del carrello un dispositivo di
peso superiore ai 15kg. Non caricare all’interno del cestino un carico superiore
ai 5 kg
E’ vietato salire sulla base del carrello o su altre sue parti aggettanti. Questo
porterebbe al rischio di cadute con lesioni anche gravi ed in casi estremi, invalidanti.

8.a POSIZIONE DI TRASPORTO
Quando è necessario spostare il carrello su un piano inclinato movimentarlo lentamente
esclusivamente come mostrato nella figura seguente mantenendo ben salda la presa sulla maniglia
per evitare rischi di ribaltamento e rischio di incidenti.
Assicurarsi che nel trasporto del carrello la superficie del pavimento non presenti ostacoli anche di
piccola dimensione al fine di non danneggiare il trolley e le apparecchiature su di esso installate.
AVVERTENZA SULLA DISPOSIZIONE DEI DISPOSITIVI
Prestare particolare attenzione alla disposizione delle apparecchiature sui ripiani,
laddove presenti, avendo cura che i dispositivi di maggior peso siano posti, quando
possibile, sui ripiani inferiori, in modo da migliorare la stabilità del carrello.
The normal use position of the trolley requires that the braking mechanism on the
wheels is engaged. Do not attempt to move the trolley when the braking mechanism
is engaged. Before moving the trolley, release the braking mechanism on the wheels
(generally the two front ones) and only then move the trolley.
Engage the braking mechanism on the wheels again, when the new position of use
or parking has been reached.
The trolley has been designed to be stable on slopes up to a maximum of 5° with braked
wheels by means of the locking device provided on the wheels.
The trolley for slopes of more than 5° should not be left stationary unattended,
but an operator must be present to avoid the risk of tipping over.
Do not load a device weighing more than 15kg onto the support at the top of the
trolley. Do not load items totally heavier than 5kg inside the basket

It is forbidden to climb onto the base of the trolley or other projecting parts of it. This
would lead to the risk of falls resulting in serious and, in extreme cases, disabling
injuries.

8.a TRANSPORTATION POSITION
When it is necessary to move the trolley up or down on a slope, move it slowly exclusively as shown
in the figure below, keeping it with the handle firmly to avoid the risk of instability and the risk of
accidents.
Make sure that there are no obstacles, even small ones, when moving the trolley, in order not to
damage the trolley and the equipment installed on it.
WARNING: DEVICES DISPOSAL
Pay particular attention to the arrangement of the equipment on the shelves, if present,
taking care that the heavier devices shall be placed, when possible, on the lower
shelves, in order to improve the stability of the trolley.

All serious accidents concerning the medical device supplied by us must be
reported to the manufacturer and competent authority of the member state where
your registered office is located.
CONDIZIONI DI STOCCAGGIO E TRASPORTO / STORAGE OR TRANSPORT
CONDITIONS
Per quanto riguarda le prescrizioni inerenti di stoccaggio attenersi scrupolosamente alle seguenti
indicazioni:

MANUTENZIONE, PULIZIA / MAINTENANCE, CLEANING
suggerisce di verificare, ogni quattro mesi, lo stato dei collegamenti reciproci tra i vari
componenti.
Qualora necessario, stringere fortemente tutte le viti/ bulloni di collegamento: l'operazione
va fatta da personale esperto usando attrezzi specifici per ogni tipo di viteria
gli spostamenti), è necessario che il carrello venga sottoposto a manutenzione
straordinaria presso la sede del produttore ove è possibile rilevare la tipologia del guasto e
quindi effettuare la riparazione ed il collaudo finale.

Nessuna responsabilità può essere addebitata al produttore per danni conseguenti a
riparazioni effettuate a cura dell'utente senza la preliminare autorizzazione del produttore
stesso
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia accertarsi che le apparecchiature disposte sul carrello non siano
alimentate Essa va effettuata con un panno umido e con prodotti non corrosivi. Non utilizzare
sostanze solventi.
The trolley - if correctly used for its "intended use" only and the instructions reported in this
manual are strictly followed - does not need any maintenance being particularly robust as the
materials used in its construction are aluminum and steel.
Nevertheless, we suggest the following:
to prevent damage to the trolley resulting from its improper use, it is suggested to verify,
every four months, the state of the reciprocal links between the various components.
If necessary, tighten all screws / bolts tightly: experienced personnel using specific tools for each
type of screws should do this operation.
in the event of damage to the trolley, for any accidental event (e.g. hit during movement),
the trolley must be subjected to exceptional maintenance at the Manufacturer's premises
where it is possible to detect the type of failure and then carry out the repair and the final
testing.
In case of repair made by the user or on his behalf by a specialized manufacturer of his trust, the
latter must contact our Technical Department and ask for appropriate information, suggestions
and permission to perform the intervention.
No liability can be charged to the Manufacturer for damage resulting from repairs made by
the user without the prior authorization of the Manufacturer.
As regards the cleaning, make sure that the device installed on the trolley are disconnected from
the mains. The cleaning must be done with a damp cloth and with non-corrosive products.
Do not use any solvents.
PULIZIA IN CASO DI RESO / CLEANING IN CASE OF RETURN
Qualora sia necessario un reso a Bieffe italia a fini manutentivi è fatto obbligo di effettuare, prima
della spedizione, una corretta procedura di pulizia/disinfezione del prodotto, onde evitare
contaminazione di tipo batterico/virale al personale che prende in carico il dispositivo.
PULIZIA: Va effettuata con detergenti neutri o a base alcolica di composizione tale da
evitare di intaccare le superfici, essere atossici, non emanare eccessive esalazioni né
rappresentare in alcun modo un rischio per gli operatori, essere eliminabili con semplice
risciacquo e biodegradabili
.DISINFEZIONE: Le operazioni di disinfezione negli ambienti sanitari viene usato un grande
numero di disinfettanti, tra cui il cloro e i composti del cloro, la glutaraldeide, il perossido di
idrogeno,gli iodofori, ecc. Questi disinfettanti non sono intercambiabili tra loro ed è alla
competenza del personale ospedaliero, a seconda del livello di rischio di contaminazione,
dell’ambiente in cui il dispositivo è stato utilizzato, identificare il disinfettante di volta in volta
più appropriato.
Danni ai prodotti Bieffe italia che dovessero risultare alle superfici verniciate o anodizzate
derivanti dall’uso improprio di prodotti non sono pertanto imputabili all’Azienda.

In case a return to Bieffe italia is necessary for maintenance purposes, it is mandatory to
carry out a proper cleaning/disinfection procedure of the product before shipment, in order
to avoid bacterial/viral contamination of the personnel taking charge of the device.
- CLEANING: Neutral or alcohol-based detergents must be used whose composition is such
that they do not affect surfaces, are non-toxic, do not give off excessive fumes or in any
way pose a risk to operators, and are easily rinsed and biodegradable.
- DISINFECTION: A large number of disinfectants are used in healthcare environments,
including chlorine and chlorine compounds, glutaraldehyde, hydrogen peroxide,
iodophores, etc. These disinfectants are not interchangeable with each other and it is the
responsibility of hospital staff, depending on the level of risk of contamination and the
environment in which the device was used, to identify the most appropriate disinfectant.
Damage to Bieffe italia's products that may result to painted or anodised surfaces due to improper
use of products is therefore not attributable to the Company.
GARANZIA / GUARANTEE
Il produttore garantisce la buona qualità e la buona costruzione dei propri materiali obbligandosi,
durante il periodo di garanzia, appresso specificato, a riparare o sostituire gratuitamente nel più
breve tempo possibile quelle parti che per cattiva qualità del materiale o per difetto di lavorazione
si dimostrassero difettose, sempre che ciò non dipenda da naturale logoramento, da guasti causati
da imperizia o negligenza del Committente, da sovraccarichi oltre i limiti contrattuali, da interventi
non autorizzati, da manomissioni eseguite o fatte eseguire dal Committente.
La garanzia è valida 12 mesi dalla consegna anche se il carrello non è stato, per qualsiasi ragione,
messo in servizio.
Per i componenti non di fabbricazione del produttore, valgono le garanzie delle Case fabbricanti.
La garanzia è valida se il carrello viene utilizzato ESCLUSIVAMENTE secondo l’uso per il quale è
stato concepito.
Tutti i trasporti relativi alle operazioni eseguite in garanzia hanno luogo a spese, rischio e pericolo
del Committente.
In nessun caso si potranno intendere prorogati i termini di decadenza della garanzia.
The manufacturer guarantees the good quality and realization of its products by undertaking to
repair or replace for free, during the below specified warranty period, as quickly as possible, those
parts that – for the bad quality of the material or for manufacturing defects – are defective, provided
that this does not depend on natural wear, failures caused by inexperience of the Customer,
excessive load beyond the contractual limits, unauthorized interventions, tampering performed by
the Customer or by others, by chance circumstances or for reasons of force majeure.
The warranty is valid 12 months from delivery even though the trolley is not, for whatever reason,
placed in service.
For components not manufactured by the manufacturer, the manufacturers' guarantees apply.
The guarantee is valid ONLY if the trolley is used according to its intended use.
All transportations related to the operations performed under warranty take place at the Customer’s
expenses, risk and peril.
Under no circumstances shall the warranty period extend beyond the date of the original warranty
period.
