INTRODUCTION
Dear Customer,
Your choice of our appliance means, for our Company, your particular
recognition of the care of our designers, in the achievemnt of an ergonomic,
reliable and pleasant design product.
We would thank you in advance for your choice and we are at your complete
disposal for everything you need.
You are kindly requested to pay particular attention to this manual,
before using the item, as it contains important recommendations on the
correct use and maintenance of the product.

INFORMATION
Our SUPER EASY and EASY trolleys, both BASIC and POWER versions,
are made of iron bases and shelves with aluminium columns.
The chassis, with particular mechanical and chemical treatments, is made of
oven epoxy powder coated aluminium, that doesn't let the structure become
wasted.
The shelves have a special edge to avoid the falling of the objects.
The corners of the shelves, the plate and the buffer of the wheels are made of
ABS.
The wheels, made of polyamide, with and without brake, are available in both
conductive and non conductive version.
PACKAGING HANDLING
After taking away the packaging, do not leave the different elements (carton
boxes, plastic bags, polystirene, etc.) in the enviroment and do not leave
them in children hands.
Anyway do not throw away the packaging before veryfing the correct
operation of the device, as in case of giving it back to the supplier, the device
has to be put in its own original packaging.
All the different elements of the packaging, have to be handled following the
local Directives regarding the disposal of the waste.
If it is necessary to dispose the trolley, at the end of its useful life, or for other
reasons, it is important to consider that the trolley has to be disposed
following the directions of the Directives that regulate the
electromechanical/electrical devices, for which the same Directives require to
reutilization/recycle the parts of the device, to avoid damages to the
enviroment and consequently for the people health.
Ignoring the Directives regarding the disposal of the waste, please contact
the qualified local Authorities.
KIT
SUPER EASY and EASY trolleys, in both BASIC and POWER versions, with
the optionals, are usually supplied assembled or, following the customer
request, in non assembled kit.
In this case, the assembling activities are very very easy, and are
approximatively transferred in the following paragraph.
ASSEMBLING DIRECTIONS

As the possible configurations are too many to be transferred in the present
manual, in the figure A is shown only an example of SUPER EASY BASIC
trolley already assembled, and in the figure B is shown only an example of
EASY POWER already assembled.
Both the figures have to be considered only like a demonstration to the
assembling activities when the trolleys are supplied in non assembled kit.

The assembling activities are very very simple, as on the columns are already
placed, in suggested but adjustable position, the screws for fixing the different
components.
So, we suggest the following operations:
A) SUPER EASY BASIC trolley: under the column are the M10x40 screws,
useful to fix it on the basis, where are already made the suitable holes.
Unscrew the screws, then fix the column over the basis, screw again the
screws and tighten them, with the suitable hexagonal spanner supplied in the
assembling kit.
To fix a shelf unscrew the M6x10 screws that are already placed, in
suggested but adjustable position, then place the shelf itself with its holes
opposing the grooves of the column, screw again the screws and tighten
them, with the suitable hexagonal spanner supplied in the assembling kit.
Please follow the same directions to fix other shelves or optionals.
B) EASY POWER trolley: to fix the columns to the basis, follow the above
directions considering that the trolley has 2 columns for the shelves plus 2
power columns.
As regards the shelves, they have to be fixed both to the columns for the
shelves themselves and to the power columns, when are already placed the
screws M6x10.
Please follow the same directions to fix optionals.
To assemble the wheels, fix them to the pivot under the basis, tighten them
with a big pressure.
USE PURPOSE
SUPER EASY and EASY trolleys, in both BASIC and POWER versions are
suitable to support, to move, or to connect, medical equipment, in outpatient's
departments, and private medical ambulatories.
These trolleys must only be used for the purpose for which they were
designed.
All other uses must be considered dangerous.
GENERAL WARNING
After removing the packaging, check that the product has not been damaged
in transit.
In case of doubt do not use the appliance and apply to the supplier.
These advices must only be used for the purpose for which they were
designed.
If the trolley is in power version, its use, like any electrical appliance involves
the observance of certain basic rules, in particular:
o do not touch the appliance with damp hands
o do not use the appliance while bare-foot
o do not pull the plugb from power socket by the power cord of the
appliance itself
o do not expose the appliance to adverse elements (sun, rain, etc.)
o do not let the children use the advice.
The manufacturer can't be considered responsible for damages caused by an
incorrect use of the product.
SPECIAL WARNINGS FOR TROLLEY IN POWER VERSION
In case of doubt do not use the appliance and apply to the supplier.
The electrical safety of this appliance is only guaranteed when it is correctly
installed and connected to the earthed system, according to the latest issue
of the Regulations Conformity with these requirements.
So it is necessary verify the safety requirements and, in case of doubt, ask a
check of the earthed system from a suitable qualified person.
Besides it is important to respect the following recommendations:
o check that the current carrying capacity of the wirings and socket are
suitable for the maximum power of the device as shown on the label. In
case of doubt, seek advice from a suitable qualified person
o to avoid dangerous overheating, it is advisable to fully unroll the power
cord
o do not leave the appliance plugged in when unnecessarily.
If power cord becomes damaged, replace it promptly with the power cord:
EN 60 320-C15 - outlet CEI 23-16/VII (SCHUKO CEE 7-S.S. VII).
The manufacturer can't be considered responsible for any damage
caused by an incorrect installation and earthing of the appliance.
MAINTENANCE
It is necessary undergo safety check the trolleys, if in power version, once a
year, from a suitable qualified person.
CLEANING DIRECTIONS
Clean the appliance with water or with non corroding substances.
If the trolley is in power version, disconnect it before cleaning operations.
Do not use any solvent to clean the appliance.
GUARANTEE
The supplier warrants that the appliance is safe to use and it will have no
harmful or injurious effects if used in accordance with the supplier's
directions. The supplier further warrants that the appliance is free from
defects in materials and workmanship, his liability under this warranty being
limited to replace, as soon as possible, all such parts which are proven
defective.
The guarantee of the device is of 24 months, from the date of the purchase.
This guarantee is valid only if the appliance is used for the purpose for which
it is manufactured and sold.
This guarantee is valid 24 months, even if the trolley has never been used.
Parts acquired from other manufacturers have the same guarantee that is
given to the supplier by the manufacturers.
Shipping cost for repairing actions are paid by the Customer, even if the
appliance is under warranty.
The repairing actions do not modify the expiry date of guarantee.
