All serious accidents concerning the medical device supplied by us must be reported to the manufacturer and
competent authority of the member state where your registered ofce is located.

fabricant et à l’autorité compétente de l’état membre où on a le siège social.

INDICATIONS: the exible carrying sheet moves patient securely in restricted areas where standard
stretchers have difculties to be used. It should not be used if there is a spine, backbone or pelvis
suspected injury.
SPECIFICATIONS: strong polyester fabric, PVC coated, with four secured handles per side to enable
a comfortable patient carriage. The materials are waterproof and are easily washable and disinfectable,
bacterial and fungus proof, non putrescent. Transparent to X rays.
INSTRUCTIONS: should be used by skilled staff. After laying the patient on the carrying sheet,
four rescuers (as per g. 1) should pull up contemporary on the lifting handles and bring the patient to
destination. However if four are not available, two rescuers (as per g. 2).
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: after using the carrying sheet, it should be accurately washed with water
and soap. It can also be disinfected by a bacterial liquid solution.
STORAGE: no special instructions are requested. Better if kept in a dry place, out of dust and direct
sunlight.
MAXIMUM LOAD: 150 kg.
