Structure and Composition The shoe cover is made of 35gPP, with
elastic for xing and printing on the bottom for anti-skid.
Intended use The products are mainly used for general isolation in out-
patient clinics, wards, inspection rooms, laboratory etc. lt is intended to
be used by healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics to maintain a
good level of hygiene and contribute to infection control.
Contraindication The products can be used only once and should be
used immediately after opening the package. If the package is damaged,
the product is wet or moldy. Don’t use them.
How to use the product
1. Open the product package and take out of the shoe cover, extend your
feet and spread the shoe covers over your feet.
2. Organize the shoe covers to make sure that the shoe covers are all on
the feet.
Storage It should be stored in a clean room with relative humidity not exceeding 80%, no corrosive gas, stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated.
Warning
1. This product is disposal product, don’t reuse.
2. This product is single use, never share your product with another.
3. It is forbidden to use when the packaging or the caps are damaged.
Notice: Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and competent authority of the Member State in which the user or patient is established.
