PRECAUTIONARY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Carry out peri

2. Do not overload the table beyond the recommended weight limit. Doing so could result in serious
injury to the user. This product is tested to hold a maximum working load of 250 kgs.

3. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners when cleaning the vinyl. They could cause damage to the vinyl
material. Use warm soapy water to clean, then wipe dry.

4. When using the table, make sure that all four legs are at the same level. Using the legs at different
levels can cause the table to be unstable and could lead to injury.

5. Do not allow children to assemble or disassemble the massage table, unless under your supervi­sion.

6. Be careful when using sharp objects, as they can pierce the covering. Keep the table’s covering
away from sharp items.

SETTING UP YOUR TABLE

Steps are as below:

1. Release the latch.

2. Lay the table on its side with two rubber feet on the oor, open up the table with four legs extended

as fully as possible.

3. Take out all accessories and then lift the table up until all legs are on the oor.

4. Put the headrest cradle into the corresponding lodging, fasten the headrest cushion on the cradle.

5. Insert the two side arm supports into the two holes at the side of the table.

6. Now the table is ready for your use.

The height of table is adjustable by pressing the copper buttons on the leg. All four legs should be
adjusted in the same way, one by one, being sure to adjust all legs at the same height level.

CLOSING AND TRANSPORTING THE TABLE

1. Take out all accessories.

2. Lay the table on its side with two rubber feet on the ground.

3. Put all accessories under the elastic strap beneath the top veneer.

4. Fold the table up and lock the latch.

5. Put the massage table into the carry bag. The table can be carried like a

suitcase by grasping the handle.

Warning: If the frame/legs/table structure is damaged in any way, the table
should not be used. Using this table when damaged may cause harm or se­rious injury to you or your patient. It should be repaired immediately.
