INTRODUCTION
In accord with Regulation (EU) 2017/745, this product is part of the CLASS I MEDICAL DEVICES. You
should carefully read this manual before using this medical device.
DESCRIPTION
The orthopedic bed is intended for use in hospital, community, nursing homes in order to help the
patient in small daily needs during hospitalization.
The structure is composed of a painted steel welded mesh that supports the mattress, divided into
two sections for the version with 1 crank (27600/27601) or through an automatic rack (27607/27608);
divided into three sections for the versions with 2 cranks (27610/27611). The headboard and footboard’s
structures is produced in chromium-plated tubular steel with MDF panels and equipped with legs (with
or without wheels). The crank and the control lever are chromium-plated, with a plastic handle.
The standard beds (27605/27606) are simple beds with or without wheels, totally in epoxy powder-
coated steel, including headboard and footboard, with a rigid mesh mattress platform. Optional items:
Collapsible supports, Lifting pole for ill people.
COMPONENTS:
(1) Headboard (with panels or tubular steel)
(2) Footboard (with panels or tubular steel)
(3) Bed Base: Welded mesh with 1 or 2 cranks included (27600/27601/27610/27611), bed base with
adjustable backrest (27607/27608), rigid mesh mattress platform (27605/27606).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
The bed is supplied partially assembled. The headboard and footboard are supplied already assembled,
complete with frame, panel or crossbars and wheels, if the model requires it. It is necessary to x the
frame/net to the headboard and footboard.
Begin the assembly phase by setting up a stable horizontal work plan.

The mounting method is the same for all the models in this manual although the net, headboard
and footboard are different.
The assembly is simple and facilitated by the bayonet joint.
• Position the net (3) and t the bayonets in the appropriate spaces of the headboard (1) and the
footboard (2).
• Use the screws supplied to x the net with the headboard and footboard as in the following details.
BACKREST ADJUSTMENT
For models 27600/27601/27610/27611:
Turn the cranks clockwise and anticlockwise to change the inclination of the headrest/leg supports.
For models 27607/27608:
Directly raise and lower the backrest by adjusting the automatic rank.

WARNINGS!
- Check the locking nuts are tightened.
- Observe the maximum ow rates indicated in the data sheets.
- Avoid direct contact with open wounds.
- Not for use in open environments.
- When adjusting the height of the couch and the back, make sure that no one inserts hands, legs or
anything into the movement area: CRUSHING RISK!
- Move the bed without lifting it from the oor.
- Before moving the bed, unlock the wheels.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Use only original spare parts.
- Periodically check all xing points.
- To preserve at best, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, to contact and
deposit in saline and very humid environments.
- Wash the stainless steel surfaces with soapy water and use appropriate disinfectants.
- Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Do not spill on the surface cleaners containing chlorine or ammonia, fatty and oily substances.
- Do not use cleaning utensils containing iron. If necessary disinfection only use suitable non-corrosive
products.
