/ INTRODUCTION
In accord to Directive 2007/47/EC, this product is part of the CLASS I MEDICAL DEVICES.
You should carefully read this manual before using this medical device.
DESCRIPTION
The pediatric bed is intended for use in hospitals, in pediatric wards, and pediatric clinics. It used to
accomodate children up to 4 years of age throughout the hospital stay and to facilitate travel within wards.

The bed consists of a fixed perimeter frame with a mesh top welded to it; the supporting shoulders are
designed for attachment to the bed base using special removable bolts to prevent deformation of the
structure; the side rails slide on steel guides and they are equipped with a safety device.
The bed is equipped with 4 swivel wheels, 2 of which are equipped with independent brakes.

ASSEMBLY OF HEAD/FEET BOARD
Take the net and place it on a
work plan and insert the two
headbord into the inserts.
Insert the supplied screws, put
washers, nut and tighten.

- People not familiar with the instructions for use must not use the bed.
- The operator is responsible to third parties for using the cot/crib in the work area.
- The handling of the side rails is allowed only for the patient’s needs.
- Use for the other purpose is not permitted.
- Check the locking nuts are tightened.
- Replace worn or damaged parts promptly for safety reasons.
- Pay attention when moving the patient inside the ward.
- Before moving the bed, unlock the wheels.
- After moving the bed, remember to lock the wheels.
- Move the bed without lifting it from the floor.
- Not use rigid mattresses (we recommend the use of special mattresses for cots).
- Not for use in open environments.
- Observe the maximum flow rates indicated in the data sheets.
- Make sure that no one inserts hands, legs or anything into the side movement area:

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
− Perform maintenance every 4 months about.
− Wheels with brake: according to the wear of the tire, check the brake block plate and, if necessary,
adjust the adjustment screw.
Check the tightness of the screws and nuts, especially those of the wheels.
− Cleaning: use normal water-soluble bactericidal products disinfecting neutral ph surfaces.
WARRANTY
- The bed comes with a one-year warranty for material and manufacturing defects, but does not
include consumables.
- Tampering or damage caused by incorrect use of the bed will invalidate the warranty immediately.
- This medical device has been created exclusively for the above-mentioned uses. Any other use is
deemed improper.
- The manufacturer declines all liability for injury to persons and property due to improper use of the
device.
