TIME TRIAL BRAKE/DERAILLEUR HOUSING ASSEMBLY GUIDE
Since Giant has already assembled the Nokon-liners (through the frame for the derailleurs and the rear brake), the user need only put on the correct Nokon pearls (Konkavex part and End Piece) and install the Shimano or Campagnolo brake and shifting cables.

Step 3:
Insert brake Cable in Nokon-liner (front section).
Step 2:
CAUTIONTo prevent compression, leave 3mm on the
front end of the Nokon-liner.

CAUTIONThe length of the assembly in each package
(the 2D quantity) is different depending on the frame size and handlebar stem height, as well as the brand of brake/derailleur.

Step 1:
Insert brake cable through the brake lever.
Place the Konkavex-part and end piece on the Nokon-liner in the order shown in the above table.

Proper assembly of the derailleur/brake housing ensures the best performance and comfort from your bicycle. This is only a brief assembly and care guide. Because assembly of the derailleur/brake housing is a complicated task requiring training and experience, only Giant dealers can perform this sophisticated process.

TCR Time Trial’s front brake housingderailleur housing can be installed by using the same step-by-step procedure as described in assembly of rear break.

Step 5:
Insert brake Cable through the brake Cable Clamp bolt. Make sure to follow brake manufacturer's instructions when installing the brake system.
