Installation Steps of Z bracket for In-swing doors

Tig hten the el ectroma gne tic lock
on the L bracket b y using the
fixing s cre w.

Close th e doo r. Measure t he correc t
positi on by b ringing t he armatu re
plate cl ose t o the conta ct surfac e of
the elec tro magneti c lock.

Assemb le th e Z bracket , and make
sure tha t the Z b racket is a djustab le.

Power

Tur n on the powe r of EM-Loc k,
and let th e arm ature pla te bonds
to the EM- loc k. Adjust th e positio n
betwee n the Z b racket an d the
door fra me.

Insert t he gu ide pins in to the
armatu re pl ate.

Finish

Once the p osi tion is cor rect,
use the sc rew s to perman ently
mount th e Z bra cket on the d oor
frame. T his shoul d be the last s tep .

Put one ru bbe r washer be tween
armatu re pl ate and the Z b racket.
