Th e EB-220 electric drop bolt s are available in
32mm and 38mm wid e facepla tes. In this design
the EB-220 electri c dropbolt comes from the same
logic circuit , this lock is the downsize v ersion of
EB-262 (w ithout positio n ball ).
Smart Cir cuitry

disconnects af ter the bolt is pro jec ted to enhance s ecu rit y o f
the lock.
Auto-de tective circui try
The unique intelligent logic circuit in G EM' s e lec tri c
dropbolts keeps th e b olt retracted whilst t he doo r is unlocked
until the doo r is properly closed. This f eat ure ens ure s th e bolt
will not extend if the door is improperly aligned.
EB- 220 Ele ctr ic dro pbo lt is specially designed for use on
double swinging doors. T hey can als o be ins tal led on both out
and in-swinging doors.

at the top or bot tom of the doo r fr ame or ver tic all y on the si de
of the door frame.
The door cl ose sen sor can wor k up to a ran ge o f 5m m. If
there is a wide door gap , a sensor mag net wi thi n the strike
plate of the door can be adjusted to improve sensor accuracy.
Energy Saving Design
After t he dropbolt is com ple tel y loc ked , t he cu rre nt draw
changes from 0.9A into 0.3A to prolong its lifetime.
