Hair Straightener (AT2523)

The white solid ceramic plates and the heating technology can provide
an ultra long-term straightening eect to your hair. The white ceramic
plates have the ultra smooth surface, which can eliminate the curls and
electrostatics to make your hair softer and smoother.

Read this Instruction Manual carefully before using, and retain for future
reference

1. The operating voltage is 230V, and the average power is 25W.

2. Please note that if these straighteners are used in a country with
a lower mains power voltage, the straighteners will take longer to
heat up. The lower voltage will not damage the straighteners.

3. After plugging in to the mains and switching on using the slide
switch, the power LED will illuminate.

4. Once the appliance has heated up to maximum operating
temperature of 180˚C, it enters into constant temperature state.

5. In order to avoid an hazard, switch o and remove the plug after
use.

6. Ensure the plates have cooled completeley before packing away.

7. The plates can be locked together for storage using the locking
device. To unlock, hold the straighteners tightly together at the
plates end and turn the locking switch towards the cable.

8. Take care when using the on/o switch after use, do not touch the
ceramic plates under any circumstances as whilst these are hot
they may cause burning.

Hair Dryer (AT1413)

1. There is a changeable voltage switch of either 110v or 230v. Check
if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local
mains voltage before you connect the appliance.

2. Before switching on check that the voltage
setting on your hair dryer is set to the
correct country mains voltage for use.
THIS PRODUCT MUST ONLY BE USED WITH
THE CORRECT VOLTAGE SETTING

3. NEVER SET THE VOLTAGE SWITCH TO 110V
AND USE THE HAIRDRYER IN A 230V MAINS
COUNTRY. THIS CAN CAUSE THE UNIT TO
OVERHEAT AND IS VERY DANGEROUS

4. Always ensure the powersetting switch is
set to the OFF position before plugging the
unit into a power outlet.

5. Use the high setting for drying hair, and use
low setting for styling.

6. Should the hair dryer stop for any reason,
turn it o at once and allow to cool.

7. Adjust the desired blowing strength:
Position 0: OFF
Position 1: LOW - (Half power, medium
temperature for gentle drying and styling)
Position 2: HIGH - (Full power, high
temperature for quick drying)

8. In order to avoid a hazard, after use switch o and remove the
mains plug. Ensure the hair dryer has cooled completely before
packing away. The handle can be folded for convienient storage.

Warnings

• Do not use the appliance near water contained in basins,
bathtubs or other vessels.

• This appliance should only be used as described within this
instruction book.

• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

• Always inspect the appliance before use for noticeable signs

of damage or wear. Do not use if damaged, or if the appliance has
been dropped.

• If the cable or cord of this appliance is damaged, do not use.

• Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.

• Do not place the appliance on any heat sensitive surface whilst

in operation.

• Care must be taken to avoid the hot surfaces of the appliances
coming into direct contact with the skin, in particular the eyes,
ears, face and neck.

• These appliances and not for use by children. Keep out of the
reach of children.

• Always switch o and unplug the appliance when not in use.

EEC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and 73/23/EEC (Electrical Safety of
Domestic Appliance), amended by Directive93/68/EEC (CE Marking).
