The MPA 201 is a COM M ON EM ITTER amp lif ier device de signed for
bro adba nd per forma nce to 500 M H z in a forma t suitable for stripline assem bly
and high reliability applications. Its wide dynamic range and flexibility
commend it for a broad spectrum of instrumentation, receiver and transmitter
applications. It utili zes gold metalization and diffused ballasting to provide
high reliability and supreme ruggedness.
