GFB Power-Up Pulley Kit Information

The GFB Power Up Pulley Kit is designed as a replacement for the original pulley and increases
engine power and response by reducing the inertial and driven loads.

GFB recommends that you install a new oil seal (the one that runs on the back of the pulley)
when installing this pulley, and be sure to apply a coating of oil to the running surfaces during
assembly to prevent damage to the seal upon initial start-up.

Check the number of ribs on the power steering belt (the front belt) before purchasing belts.

Most S15 models have a 3 rib power steering belt, and most of the S13 & S14 models have a 4 rib
belt. The GFB SR20DET crank pulley has allowance for a 4 rib belt, so if using a 3 rib belt simply fit
the belt to the rear 3 grooves, leaving the 4th rib at the front of the pulley empty - the alignments will
still be the same.

Required belt sizes for fitting 200SX light-weight crank pulley:

For 3 rib power steering pulleys:
5PK 900
4PK 860
3PK 845-860

For 4 rib power steering pulleys:
5PK 900
2 x 4PK 860

The adjustment range on the SR20 is quite large, so it is possible to use slightly different sized belts if
the recommended ones are not available. If you do find that a different length belt is more suitable for
your application, please inform us so we can keep our records as accurate as possible.
