Durability tests The cartridge, the active core of your
mixer, has a lifetime guarantee of at least 70,000 cycles
of use.
All mixer contain ceramic disk cartridge and are tested
to 70000 opening/closing movements, this correspond
to 10 years of use by an average family of 4. In the tests
performed by Gessi the cartridges failed after 200000
opening and closing movements using medium/hard water.
A sample “hammer test” is performed, which consist of the
rapid opening of the mixer which exposes the cartridge to
a sudden shock caused by the water pressure. The test is
classified as a pass when the cartridge still operates when
opened at a water pressure of up to 50 bar.

the cartridge, are safe for contact with food and do not
affect the quality or taste of the water
WARRANTY
Abey Australia warrants to the original purchaser of the Gessi Kitchen
Tapware product that under proper care, domestic/residential use and
maintenance the product supplied will be free from defects in workmanship
and materials for a period of 7 years for the cartridge and 5 years for parts
and labour. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions on Abey’s
website www.abey.com.au.
