4.1 How to Assemble and Disassemble the pad surface

1) T urn over the pad
2) Put the pad on a flat
3) Rotate screws
4) Separate pad’s covers

4.2 How to Replace the Motor
Procedure Graphics
1. Remove
1) Dividually solder the motor line.
2) Remove the defective Motor by
Tweezers
2. Replace
1) Change a all right Motor
2) Solder the cord with the new
Motor
3. Assemble
1) Put the new Motor into the seat
2) Check all points of solder is ok
Attention:
When remove and tin for motor,
For fear short circuit, should make
Sure that don’t put tin onto the Other
Component or electro circuit.
Attention:
1.Big and small motor can’t be installed
wrong.
2.Positive and negative pole electrical
Source line can’t be soldered in reverse.

4.3 How to Assemble and Disassemble the PCB

1. Disassemble
1) Rotate the screws on the
minis ticks’ PCB
2. Assemble
1) Lock the screws
4.4 How to Replace the Minis tick VR & Minis tick hat

. Remove
1) Disassemble the game pad.
2) Take off the mini-stick hat from
the small pcb.
Attention:
When rotating PCB’s screws,
please take care other parts
connected to PCB.

Resonator by Tin-Sucker.
2) Remove the defective Minis tick
VR by Tweezers

1) Insert the same spec, complete
Minis tick on the correct hole
3. Solder
1) Solder the Minis tick VR.
2) Check all points of solder is o
4. Replace
1) Put a right mini-stick hat to the
minis ticks VR and make sure
that it position matches the VR .

4.5 How to Replace the PCB ceramic oscillator
Procedure Graphics
1. Remove
1) Suck the point of weld of the
ceramic oscillator by Tin-Sucker
2) Remove the defective ceramic
oscillator by Tweezers
2. Replace
1) Insert the same spec, complete
ceramic oscillator on the right hole
3. Solder
1) Solder the ceramic oscillator
2) Check all points of solder is ok
Attention:
When remove and add tin for
oscillator, for fear short cirouit,
Should make sure that don’t put
