DUST EXTRACTION UNIT FOR DIAMOND BLADES.
To ensure correct use, please read this instruction manual carefully and follow all steps.
- Use this dust extractor only when it is properly mounted. If you see the unit is not properly mounted on an
angle grinder, do NOT use it!
- This extractor is only to be used on concrete, stone, porcelain, ceramic or brick materials. Do NOT use it for
grinding metal or other materials.
- Only use this extractor in combination with diamond blades. Do NOT use tungsten tipped saw blades or grind
stone.
- Always check the extractor for damages before you start working with it. When damaged, do NOT use the
tool, this could lead to serious injuries.
- Use protective equipment while using the extractor.
- Keep this extractor away from petroleum, paint thinner and paraffin.

4. Preperation
Warning!!
- Be sure to turn off the angle grinder and remove the plug from the electrical outlet before attaching the blade guard.
- Do NOT use until it is mounted properly on the angle grinder.
- Using it wrongly mounted can cause injuries.
Step 1: Preparing the Angle Grinder
- Remove the original blade guard.
- Loosen and remove the screws.
- Turn the grinder body to locate the
power switch in the upper location.
- Some types of Bosch angle grinders are
equipped with an O-ring, please remove
if this is the case.

Step 2: Mounting the correct connector
- Choose the correct connector and fit it
to the main unit [a] using the allan key
provided. [g]
- Hold the main unit and tighten the 2
screws of the connector.
- Release Thumb Screw and open [a]
Main Unit.
- Set the proper Spacer [k, m, n, o] into
the Spindle.
- Set [i] Base Flange on the Spacer
- Set the Blade on [i] Base Flange
- Set the Wheel Nut on the Blade
- Tighten the Wheel Nut
- Confirm NO contact between the Blade
and inner area of [a] Main Unit

When another extractor must be mounted, please follow these instructions:
- When using BOSCH grinders (GWS7-115 / GWS8-115)
tighten [q] Set Screw into a hole of [b] M-Connector by [g]
Wrench after installation to prevent the slip of the Gearbox
housing.
Warning!!
- Do NOT over tighten [q] Set Screws or they could
cause damage or deformation to the Gearbox
housing and connector.

- When using FLEX grinders, set [d] F-connector on [a] Main
Unit and fix them on a grinder by tightenning the original
screws of grinder.

Make sure [a] Main Unit is securely attached without a tilt, otherwise it may come loose, causing injury.

Adjust the Base position to cancel the projection of Gear Head of the Angle Grinder, if required.
Finalizing
Close [a] Main Unit and tighten the Thumb Screw.

- Securely connect the Vacuum Hose to the Duct
of [a] Main Unit by [p] Hose Adapter,
- Then turn the Angle Grinder and Vacuum on,
- Start cutting.
Warning!!
1. Make sure the blade is cutting in the right
direction.
2. Ensure no gaps between the material and
bottom surface of [a] Main Unit, otherwise
the dust could escape.
