The SD103 series is a metal-on-silicon Schottky barrier de vice which is pr otected by a PN junct ion guard ring. The lo w f or ward voltage drop an d f ast switching make it id ea l for protection of MOS devices, steering, biasing, and coupling diodes f or f ast s witchi ng and lo w logic le vel applications. Other applicat i ons are click suppression, efficient full wa ve bridges in telephone subsets, and blocking diodes in rechargeabl e lo w voltage battery systems.
This diode is also avai l able in MiniMELF case with the type designation LL103A … LL103C and SOD-123 c ase with the type designations SD103AW .. SD103CW.
