systems.CompatibleGEHealthcarecardiographsexchangedatawiththesystem,and
thesystemtranslatesthereceiveddataintoDICOMIODorencapsulatedPDF(Portable
DocumentFormat)teststhatdifferentDICOMsystemscanaccept.Thesystemcan
alsotranslateordersforECGsenteredintheDICOMsystemintoaformatcompatible

TheFormatQueueisalistofrequestsfortheFormattertasktoprocess.The
Normalizationtaskanduserinterfaceprintrequestsadditemstotheformatqueue.If
theformattingissuccessful,thestatusischangedtoDoneandtherequestisnolonger
displayed.Arequestismarkedbadifaproblemisencountered.Youcanretrybad
requestswiththepropersecurityprivileges.Youalsocandeleterequestsmanually.
ThePrintQueueisalistofallsystemandtemporarydevicesthespoolertasksprocess.
Theformattertaskaddsitemstospool.Ifthespoolingissuccessful,thestatusis
changedtoDoneandtherequestisnolongerdisplayed.Adeviceismarkedbroken
