ist eine Absperrung anzubringen, um zu
verhindern, dass unbefugtes Personal sich
der Maschine nähert.

meters of distance around the lighting
tower in order to prevent to the staff nonauthorized to approach itself the machine.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Flutlichmast
nicht mit Strom versorgt wird und sich

Ensure yourself that the lighting tower is
not feeded and that there are not any
parts in movements.

Schalten Sie die Maschine vor jedem
Wartungseingriff aus.
Turn always off the machine before any
maintenance operation.
Die außerordentliche Wartung muss immer
von dazu befugtem Personal ausgeführt
werden.
Extraordinary maintenance must always
be carried out by authorized staff.
Unterbrechen Sie vor jedem Eingriff an den
Flutlichtern oder bei deren Auswechseln
die Stromversorgung und warten Sie, bis
die Lampen abgekühlt sind.
Before any maintenance operation on the
floodlights, disconnect the feeding and
wait the cooling of the lamps.
Verwenden Sie immer die geeigneten
Schutzvorrichtungen.
Use always dispositives of protection
adapted to you.
Die Batterieflüssigkeit enthält äußerst stark
ätzende Schwefelsäure und schädigt die
Haut. Legen Sie immer Schutzhandschuhe
an und gehen Sie beim Ausgießen der
Flüssigkeit sehr umsichtig vor, damit diese
nicht überläuft.
The fluid of battery contains sulphuric acid
which is extremely corrosive and harmful
to the skin. Always wear protective gloves
and be extremely careful to avoid spillage
when pouring the acid.
Der Kontakt mit Motoröl kann die Haut
schädigen. Legen Sie vor dem Gebrauch
des Öls immer Handschuhe an. Sollten Sie
sich mit Öl beschmutzen: sofort
abwaschen.
Contact with engine oil can damage your
skin. Put on gloves when using engine oil.
If you come in contact with engine oil,
wash it off immediately.
Verwenden Sie AUSSCHLIESSLICH die
vorgegebenen Hebepunkte, sofern
vorhanden.
Use EXCLUSIVELY the predisposed
point of raising, where present.
Der Lasthaken, sofern vorhanden, darf
ausschließlich für das kurze Heben und
nicht als schwebende Aufhängung der
Maschine für einen langen Zeitraum
verwendet werden.
The raising hook, where present, must be
exclusively used for the temporary raising
and not for suspension in air of the
machines for a long time.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für etwaige
Schäden aufgrund von Fahrlässigkeit
während der Transporttätigkeiten.

handelt es sich um einen Lichtmast, bei

Die verwendeten Fertigungsmaterialien sorgen
nicht nur für eine extreme Robustheit des
Masts, sondern bilden auch eine Garantie für
lange Lebensdauer, da sie durch zersetzende
Erscheinungen wie Rost nicht angreifbar sind.
Die Möglichkeit zum Einzug des Masts ist ein
wesentlicher Faktor bei dessen Handling und
Transport. Der Flutlichtmast kann äußerst
sicher von nur einem Bediener in Betrieb
genommen und verwendet werden. Die auf
dem Mast verwendeten Flutlichter mit Lampen
werden von den besten Herstellern geliefert
und sind zudem technisch einwandfrei
verkabelt und sorgfgältig kontrolliert.

Sollte die Maschine für einen langen Zeitraum
nicht verwendet werden (länger als ein Jahr)
empfiehlt es sich, im Motor Motoröl, Kühlmittel
und Kraftstoff zurückzulassen, um Oxidationen
zu vermeiden; trennen Sie ebenfalls die
Batteriekabel ab. Bei der erneuten
Inbetriebnahme müssen die Flüssigkeiten
ersetzt, die Batterie rückgestellt und die
Riemen, Rohre, die Verbindungen aus Gummi
sowie deren Dichtigkeit kontrolliert werden;
zudem muss eine Sichtkontrolle der
Elektroverkabelungen vorgenommen werden.
If the machine has to be stopped for a long
period (more than one year), we suggest to
keep the oil, the fuel and the coolant to the
inside of engine, in order to avoid oxidizing
effects; we suggest to disconnect also the
battery cables. When the machine turns to
work again, the liquids must be replaced, the
battery must be charged; the belts and their
statem the pipes, the rubber hoses and their
resistance must be checked and a visual
inspections of the electric connections must
be done.

von ”Shell Tellus Oils TX 46”. Es genügt, circa
3 Liter in den Tank zu füllen.

and adapt to use for + 46°C to – 46°C
temperatures. We advised the use of the oil
“Shell Tellus Oils TX 46”. It is sufficient
introduce in the tank about 3 l of oil.

Sollte bei gehobenem Mast eine
Gafahrensituation am Motor des Generators
bzw. am Motor der hydraulischen Steuerung
auftreten, kann der Flutlichtmast gesenkt
werden, indem der gerändelte Stift (35),
welcher den manuellen Fluss des Öls im
Zylinder reguliert, auf der hydraulischen
Steuerung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
aufgeschraubt wird. Nachdem der Mast
vollständig gesenkt wurde, muss der Stift
wieder in seiner anfänglichen Position
angezogen werden, um daraufhin einen
korrekten Maschinenbetrieb zu
GEWÄHRLEISTEN.

down the tower unscrewing in
counterclockwise direction the particular pin
(35) that regulated the manual flow of oil
inside the cylinder. When the bracket is

Verwenden Sie zum Schmieren der

For the lubrication of the mast sections, we
recommend to use a light lubricating oil like
WD40. Spray it on the metal parts of the
mast, in order to avoid squeaking and
scrapping noises during the raising and the
lowering operations. In case of frequent use,
lubricate every three months.
Schmieren Sie den Stabilisator regelmäßig mit

Die TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. garantiert für ihre
Produkte, sofern diese nicht verändert wurden, für
einen Zeitraum von 12 (zwölf) Monaten ab dem
Datum der Übergabe an den Kunden, der die
Maschine benutzt.
TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. guarantees its products,
provided that not modified, for a period of 12
(twelve) months from the delivery date to the
customer.
Innerhalb der o.g. Fristen verpflichtet sich die
TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. in jenen Ländern, in denen ein
Kundendienst vorhanden ist, die Teile, welche
aufgrund eines Materialfehlers, der Verarbeitung
und/oder Montage beschädigt sind, in den
Vertragswerkstätten zu ersetzen bzw. zu reparieren.
Within the aforesaid terms, in the countries
where it exists an assistance organization,
TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. is engaged to replace or to
repair damaged pieces cause origin defect,
working and/or assembly for means of the own
authorized workshops.
Die Entscheidung, ob eine Reparatur vorgenommen
werden soll oder die beschädigten Teile ersetzt
werden sollen, obliegt der unanfechtbaren
Beurteilung durch die TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. bzw.
durch die Vertragswerkstätten.
The choice if to execute a repair or to replace a
damages pieces it is to judgment of the TOWER
LIGHT S.r.l. or the authorized workshops.
Die Garantie in den übrigen Ländern besteht
ausschliesslich in der kostenlosen Lieferung der sich
aufgrund eines bestätigten ursprünglichen Fehlers
als unbrauchbar erwiesenen Teile. Die Garantie wird
nach der Prüfung der beschädigten Materialien
seitens der TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. angewandt. Die
Reise- und Außendienstkosten des Personals, das
für die zu Garantiebedingungen ausgeführten
Reparaturen zuständig ist, erfolgt zu Lasten des
Benutzers; dies gilt auch für die Verpackungs- und
Transportkosten sowohl der schadhaften als auch
der ersetzten Teile. Für keinen der Fälle ist
vorgesehen, dass der Käufer die Auflösung des
Vertrags oder einen Schadensersatz aufgrund der
Unmöglichkeit einer Nutzung der Maschine
verlangen kann.
The guarantee in the rest of the world consists
exclusively in the free supply of pieces revealed

Die vorliegende Garantie wird nicht für
Starterbatterien sowie Diesel- und Benzinmotoren
angewandt, die auf den Ausrüstungen der TOWER
LIGHT S.r.l. montiert sind; für diese ist direkt der
Hersteller zuständig:
The present guarantee does not apply on the
starting batteries and on diesel/gasoline motors
mounted on equipment TOWER LIGHT S.r.l., for
which the manufacturer takes part directly.
Die Garantie verfällt, wenn:
- der Kunde die Zahlungsverpflichtungen nicht
eingehalten hat.
- die werksseitig angebrachten Siegel
aufgebrochen wurden.
- Zerlegungen, Reparaturen oder Änderungen
durch Personal vorgenommen wurden, das
nicht zum Kundendienstnetz der TOWER
LIGHT S.r.l. gehört.
- die Ausrüstung auf unvorsichtige fahrlässige
Weise verwendet wurde.
The guarantee comes to stop when:
- the contractual customer has not complied
the payment obligation
- the manufacturer’s seals has been
tempered.
- repairs or modifications have been carried
out from staff not pertaining to the network
of attendance TOWER LIGHT S.r.l.
- the machine has been used in incautious or
negligent way.
