Thank you for choosing our BTHS-002 Bluetooth Headset. This manual will help you ins tall and use it properly. The product has been quality tested to ensure its reliability and suitability for your needs. The Headset uses 2.4GHz Bluetooth wireless communication with all Bluetooth audio enabled mobile phones and other devices that support a Bluetooth headset and/or hands free profiles. Its stylish and compact design combined with a range of practical applications m akes this Bluetooth Headset the only Bluetooth Headset you will ever need.

Operating instructions
1. Charging the Bluetooth Headset
Connect the AC charger to the wall socket (the charger supports 100- 240 V and is suitable for usage in Europe, Asia, USA and other countries), then connect the yellow tipped DC plug into the Bluetooth headset's DC jack (mini charging jack) to comme nce charging. During the charging the red indicator on the headset will first light up, then gradually fade and finally switch off once charg ing is complete (in approximately 3 hours).

2. Pairing
Pairing is the creation and exchange of a link key between two Bluetoo th d evices. Both devices use the link key for future authenticatio n when exchanging information, in order to successfully pair the Bluetooth headset with the Bluetooth mobile phone and other Bluetooth devices such as PCs and notebook com puters (for Bluetoot h version 1.1). The Bluetooth headset supports SCO (Synchronous Connection Oriented link) and ACL (Asynchronous Connection Less) and has a transfer speed of 1 Mbps/sec.
For your convenience we have given some extra functions to the transparent 'Mode' button on the Bluetooth headset, the table below explains how some of these extra features can be used simply by pressing the 'Mode' button for a period of time:

the Bluetooth mobile phone on and follow the user manual supplied with the Mobile phone to commence pairing. The mobile phone will display ‘BT headset' once the B luetooth headset has been detected. You will then be prompted to enter the passkey (1234) to complete the pairing. a) Volume control
To adjust the volume of the Bluetooth headset, please use the volume control buttons with the '+' and '-' symbols on the head set. To increase the volume of the headset please, press the '+' button, to decrease the volume, press the '-' button.
b) Listening to MP3 music
If your computer is Bluetooth enabled or is equipped with a Bluetooth dongle, you can listen to your MP3 or other audio f iles on your computer with your Blueto oth headset after pairing.
c) Wearing the Bluetooth headset
Place the ear hook around your ear (as illustrated below) and insert the ear piece into you ear. Point the microphone downwards 45˚ for optimum comfort and sound quality.

Unable to switch the headset on -Click and hold the ‘Mode’ button for aproximately 5 seconds
-Recharge the headset
No audio after pairing -Ensure that you are within the distance of 10 meters from the phone
-Remove pairing and start pairing again
Red indicator light is on -Recharge the mobile phone
Charging indicator does not light up -Check the physical connection of the charger and the DC jack
-The Bluetooth headset might need a short period of time to re cover
from prolonged usage. After a certain time the charging indicato r
