is field convertible from either fail-lock to fail-unlock.

A lat ch bolt loc k is a loc k comprising a latc h bolt an d a nib.
When t he doo r is cl ose d, the nib makes the la tch a d ead bolt.
The la tch bolt locks in to the strike kee per in the doo r frame to
make sure th at it is clos ed . Latch-bolt locks are compatible
with GK -31 0 and G K-3 11 models.
The GK-300 electric st rik es c an easily be cha nge d between
fail-safe and fail-secure mod es. Thi s unique des ign enables
distributors to reduce inventory and still meet varying needs
and requirements of end users.
