Why GefenToolBox?

The GefenToolBox KVM ELR Extender for HDMI 3DTV
The GefenToolBox KVM ELR Extender for HDMI 3DTV extends any Hi-Def, IR,
and USB from a home theater multimedia PC that can be located up to 330 feet
(100 meters) away using two CAT-5 cables. The Receiver unit allows the
connection of HDMI and two USB devices, providing access to printers,
scanners, cameras, external storage media, digital signage, and automated
control systems in addition to the display. USB 2.0 transfer rate up to 480 Mbps is
supported. This product uses Gefen ELR (Extra Long Range) technology,
supporting HDBaseT specications, allowing transmission of HDMI and IR
signals along the same CAT-5 cable. USB 2.0 is extended over the second
CAT-5 cable. Hi-Def resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K x 2K (3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz),
1080p Full HD, and 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) are supported.
How It Works
Place the Sender Unit next to the Hi-Def source. Use the included HDMI cable
to connect the Hi-Def source to the Sender Unit. Use the supplied USB cable to
connect the USB host (source) device to the USB port on the Sender Unit.
Connect the Receiver Unit to the HDTV display monitor or digital signage display
with an HDMI cable. Connect the USB devices to the Receiver Unit. Use two
Cat-5 cables, up to 330 feet (100 meters), to connect the Sender Unit to the
Receiver Unit. Connect the included locking power supplies to the Sender Unit
and Receiver Unit, and then connect both power cords to available electrical
outlets.
