Introduction
The ex•tend•it VGA to ADC Conversion Box connects traditional analog
video graphic cards to ADC compliant LCD monitors. The VGA to ADC
Conversion Box, enables users to connect laptops or other legacy
computers that are equipped with HD-15 video connections onl y.
• Connects computers with HD-15 analog video graphics output to
ADC flat panel displays
• Maintains up to 1920 x 1200 resolution
• Supports and extends any ADC flat panel display
• Supports DDWG standard for DVI compliant monitors
• Supports USB passthrough to the Apple flat panel display
• Installs in seconds

Troubleshooting
If there is no picture after a restart:
1- Verify that all the cables are tightly secured and the power LED is on.
2- Recycle the power on the VGA to ADC Conversion Box.
3- Restar t the computer and allow 5-10 minutes to reboot.
4- Make sure your computer is set to the native resolution of your ADC
monitor.
If the picture is blurry or jittery, you can turn the rotar y switch next to the DVI connector
with a small flat head screwdriver until the picture is focused and the jitter is gone.
If there is a picture, but at the wrong resolution:
1- Open the monitor control panel and set for the native resolution
of the monitor.

How to connect the
VGA to ADC Conversion Box
1-
Connect the ADC monitor to the VGA to ADC Conversion Box.
2- Connect the power supply to the VGA to ADC Conversion Box.
3- Connect the supplied VGA cable to the computer VGA port
and the VGA to ADC Conversion Box.
4- Start up the computer.
5- Obser ve that the power light is ON. The screen will show briefly,
then go dark and eventually come back with the proper setting.

Please allow the computer to complete its start-up cycle. (5-10 minutes)
6- You should see a beautiful picture.

Warranty
Gefen Inc. warrants the equipment it manufactures to be free from defects
in material and workmanship. If equipment fails because of such defects
and Gefen Inc. is notified within one (1) year from the date of shipment,
Gefen Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the equipment, provided
that the equipment has not been subjected to mechanical, electrical, or
other abuse or modifications. Equipment that fails under conditions other
than those covered will be repaired at the current price of parts and
labor in effect at the time of the repair. Such repairs are warranted for
ninety (90) days from the day of re-shipment to the Buyer.

including without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or
