INTRODUCTION

Congratulations on your purchase of the ex•tend•it HDMI Repeater. Your complete
satisfaction is very important to us. Gefen’s line of KVM (Keyboard Video & Mouse),
DVI, ADC, USB, switches, extenders, converters and hubs is designed to make
computer use more comfortable, more productive and less expensive.

The ex•tend•it HDMI Repeater extends the length of any HDMI cable by regenerating
the HDCP-HDMI signal before it outputs to the HDCP-HDMI monitor or projector. The
HDMI Repeater will clean out the digital noise (sparkles) in your picture. The HDMI Re­peater enables you to relocate your DVD player or satellite receiver to a safe, quiet and
clutter-free environment.

Introduction
The ex•tend•it HDMI Repeater extends the length of any HDMI cable by regenerating

the HDMI signal before it outputs to the HDMI monitor or projector. The HDMI Repeater
will clean out the digital noise (sparkles) in your picture. The ex•tend•it HDMI Repeater
is connected with a HDMI (male to male) cable from the computer HDMI graphic port
to the HDMI Repeater input. The HDMI Repeater output uses a second HDMI (male to
male) cable to go from the output to any HDMI display or projector with a HDMI connec­tor. The box is placed near the display to remove any noise that has been generated by
a long HDMI cable.
