INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the ex•tend•it 1x16 Audio DA series.
The ex•tend•it 1x16 Audio Distribution DA allows 16 audio locations from the same audio

source. The 1x16 Audio Distribution DA also extends the distributed audio to 16 locations
up to a 1000 feet away with CAT5.

HOW IT WORKS

The ex•tend•it 1x16 Audio Distribution unit sits next to your audio source. Stereo cables
supplied with the 1x16 Audio Distribution package connects your audio source to the
1x16 Audio Distribution sender. The Audio Extender receiver unit connects to your
speakers or audio output device. One CAT-5 cable per channel connects the 1x16 Audio
Distribution unit and the Audio Extender receive unit to each of the distributed locations

- up to 1000 feet away.

* Industry standard Category-5 (CAT-5) cables are used to link the 1x16 Audio DA and

receiver boxes together.
* The 1x16 Audio DA units are housed in a metal box for better RF shielding.
