WATERHEATERSAFETY
Under certain conditions hydrogen gas may be produced in a water heater that has not been used for
two weeks or more. Hydrogen gas can be explosive under these circumstances.
If the hot v,;iter has not been used fi)r two weeks or inore, prevent the possibility (ff damage or iqim y
by mining on all hot x_ter timcets and allowing them to mn fi)r several minutes. Do this betore using
any electrical appliance which is connected to the hot x_;Jter system. This simple procedure will allow

Estimated Time Remaining
• Displays the approxinmte tilne relnaining until the end of the cycle.
• If the estilnated tilne relnaining is more than 60 ininutes, "1 H" will flash ill the display, followed by the

Tile dispenser dilutes liquid chlorine bleach before it reaches into your wash load.

Using too little or too m u('h detergent is a common

LoadingtheWasher
I,oad dry items loosely, no higher than the top
row of holes in the washer basket. When loading
wet items make sure wm set the load/water level
high enough to allow the items to move freely.
_,V_ter level should just cover the clothes. To add
items afier washer has started, lifi the lid and
submerge additional items next to the agitator.
You can use less detergent if}ou ha',e soft water,
a smaller load, or a lightly soiled load.
• Donot wrap long items like sheets orpants
around the agitator
• Donot wash fabrics containing flammable
materials (waxes, cleaning fluids, etc.).
• Agitation will not start with the lid up.
