Ill% ON FREEZING FOODS
There are three essentialrequirements for efficienthomefreezing.First,of course, is initial quality. Only top-quality foods shouldbe frozen. Freezingretains quality
andflavor;it cannot improvequality.Second is speed. The quicker fruits and vegetables are frozenafter picking, the better thefrozenproductwillbe. You’llsavetime, too, becauselesscullingandsortingwillbe necessary. The thirdrequirementisproper
packaging.Usefood wraps designedespeciallyfor freezing;they’rereadiiy available in a wideselection at your favorite store.
