TEMPORARYMETHOD
The largerslot in the adapter mustbealignedwiththelargerslot
in thewalloutlet to provideproper polarityin the connectionof the powercord,
Becauseofpotentialsafety hazardsundercertainconditions, westronglyrecommendagainstthe useof an extensioncord.However,
ifyoustillelectto usean extension cord, it isabsolutelynecessarythat it be a ULlisted3-wiregrounding typeapplianceextensioncord hav­ingagroundingtype plugandoutlet andthattheelectricalratingofthe cordbe15amperes(minimum)and
120volts.Suchextensioncords are obtainablethroughyour local serviceorganization.

(115volt,60Hertz,or 100volt, 50Hertz,singlephaseAC).Thisis recommendedforbestperformance andto preventoverloadinghouse wiringcircuits,whichcouldcause a possiblefire hazardfrom over-
