WATERHEATERSAFETY
Under certain conditions, hydrogen gas may be produced in a water heater that has not been
used for two weeks or more. Hydrogen gas can be explosive under these circumstances.
If the hot water has not beenused for two weeks or more,prevent the possibility of damage or injury by
turning on all hot water faucets and allowing them to run for several minutes.Do this before using any
electrical appliance which isconnected to the hot water system. Thissimple procedure will allow any

completely dissolvedin very cold water, especiallyin cooler climates.
Duringwinter months, when the water entering your home iscolder,or for locationswith very coldwater year

TheTAPCOLDfeature turns the PerfecTempfeature on your washer off, and usesyour householdtap water

Status Indicator Lights
TheCycle Indicator Lights show what stagethe washer isin.When the Selectorknob is setto a new cycle, the Indicator
Lightswill flash momentarily, showing what stages the cycle will go through. On models without an AUTOSOAKoption,
the SOAKlightwill not light up.

agitator. If it accidentally comes off,
simply put it back on.
Thefabric softener dispenser automatically
releasesliquidfabric softener at the proper
time during the cycle.
Do not stop the washer during thefirst spin.
