Limited Warranty for
GE Refrigerated Display Lighting
GE Lighting Solutions, LLC (“GE”) is pleased to provide the following limited warranty for the periods shown
below. This limited warranty covers the GE LED Refrigerated Display Lights and GE LED Refrigerated Display
Power Supplies identified below that are installed by _______________________________________ (insert
name of Installation Company).
Subject to the terms and conditions specified in this Limited Warranty, GE warrants that each GE LED
Refrigerated Display Light identified below that is installed on a GE LED Refrigerated Display Power Supply,
and each GE LED Refrigerated Display Power Supply identified below, will, for a period of five (5) years from
the date of manufacture, be free from defects in material, workmanship, title. If a GE LED Refrigerated
Display Light or a GE LED Refrigerated Display Power Supply fails to meet the foregoing warranty, GE will
provide free repair or replacement light in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This limited warranty only applies when LED Refrigerated Display Lights and LED Refrigerated Display Power
Supplies are properly wired and installed together as a system; are operated within the electrical values
shown on the LED Refrigerated Display Power Supply label; used in lighting equipment designed and
approved for the application and in the environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) within the
normal specified operating range of the system and that are installed and operated in accordance with GE’s
written installation instructions.
This warranty does not apply to any acts of God or as a result of any abuse, misuse, abnormal use or use in
violation of any applicable standard, code or instructions for use in installations including those contained in
the latest National Electrical Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL),
Standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), in Canada, the Canadian Standards
Association (CSA), Europe (CE), Australia (C-Tick). This warranty will not apply in the event of conditions
demonstrating abnormal use or stress, including under/over voltage conditions, dimming and/or occupancy
sensor usage without following the installation instructions, and operating hours and operation at an
ambient temperature higher than 60 degrees F lasting greater than 10 hours. Replacement of the LED
Refrigerated Light with LED light components of other manufacturers will void entire warranty. Replacement
of the LED Refrigerated Display Power Supply with any other power supply will void the entire warranty.
WARRANTY SERVICE CLAIMS
GE must issue an RMA # for all requests for warranty review. To make a warranty claim, retain the failed
products and notify the authorized GE distributor from which you purchased the products or GE sales
representative within thirty (30) days of the failure. If you are unsure whether a situation exists that is
covered by this warranty, please contact GE Customer Service for assistance.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
After contacting GE and receiving RMA#, the purchaser/user shall promptly return the product after receiving
instructions regarding if, when and where to ship the product. Product must be returned within 10 days of
receiving RMA#. Shipping box must be clearly marked with RMA#. Failure to follow this procedure shall void
this warranty.
GE reserves the right to examine all failed LED Refrigerated Lights (and the LED Refrigerated Power Supply on
which it was used) to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and reserves the right to be the
sole judge as to whether any LED Refrigerated Display Light is defective and covered under this warranty.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
The foregoing shall constitute the exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of GE for LED
warranties. IN PARTICULAR, NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
IS MADE OR IS TO BE IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL GE BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER COSTS OR DAMAGES,
INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
