“Demo mode”
Ovens set in the “demo mode” will not produce heat or microwave energy, but all control functions, 16-inc turntable and oven light are fully operational. To put the SCB1000/1001 into “demo mode”:
• Oven must be unplugged for at least 3 minutes
• Plug oven in, wait until display shows “set clock”
• Touch and hold for at least 3 seconds the POWER/TEMP an
e START pad together
• Display will show “DEMO”
• Set Cloc When in demo mode customers can be invited to use
the controls. To exit DEMO mode repeat steps 1, 2 and
above.
16-inch turntable demonstration
The oven has a huge 16-inch turntable and the rear wall of the oven is curved. This allows even large
" x 13" casserole dishes to rotate on the turntable.
• Set oven in the “DEMO MODE” (see above)

• Invite customer to set the control and show them that large casseroles are no problem
• H —Touch the BAKE/BROIL pad: Tap in the round dial; turn
dial to 375°
