Before you begin...
The oven has 7 shelf positions.
Tile shelves have Stall-locks, so that when
placed correctly on tile shelf suppo_ls (A
through G), tile}' will stop bet)re canting
completely out, and will not tilt.
When placing and removing cookware,
pull the shelf Otlt to the bump on the
shelf support.
Toremove a shelf, pull it toward you, tilt

Preheating and Pan Placement
Preheat the oven if the recipe calls for it.
Preheating is necessm T for good results
when baking cakes, cookies, past_ 3' and
breads.

Aluminum Foil
Nevercover the ovenbottom with aluminum foil.
You can use ahmfinum foil to line tile
broiler pan and broiler grid. However;
vou must mold tile fi)il tightly to tile grid
and cut slits in it just like the grid.
Baking results will be better if baking
pans are centered in tile oven as much
as possible. If baking with more than one
pan, place tile pans so each has at least
1 to 1½" of air space arotmd it. If baking
Ibm" cake layers at the same time, place
two la)'e_ on rack g and two la)'e_ on
rock D. Stagger pans on the rack so one
is not directly above tile othe_:
_Mmninmn frill may also be used to catch
a spillove_: To do so, place a small sheet

Never entirely cover a shelf with

circulation and result in poor baking.
