shock, always be certain that the controls for all

is used to wipe spills on a hot cooktop, be

Do not clean the door gasket. The door gasket
is essential fbr a good seal. Care should be
token not to rub, damage or move tile gasket.
Befbre self cleaning tile oven, remove the
broiler pan, grid and other cookwam.

Use medium- or hea\y-weight cookware.

than other metals. Cast-iron and coamd

medium heat settings. Steel pans may
cook unevenly if not combined with
other metals.
For best cooking results, pans should be
fiat on the bottom. Match the size of the
saucei)an to the size of the stu]i_ce unit.
The pan should not extend over the

Use only flat-bottomed woks.
Wok Cooking

Toavoid possible bums, place the shelves in the desired posifion before you turn the oven on.
Before you begin...
The oven has7 shelf positions.
Tile shelves have stop-lo(ks, so that \dlen
placed con_ctl} on file shelf supports (A
through G), tile5,'will stop betore coming
completely out, and will not tilt.
When placing and l_rrloGng cook\_are,
pull the shelf out to tile burrlp on the shelf
support.
Toremove a sheff, pull it toward you, tilt file
ti'llIlt end up and pull it out.
CAUTION:Whenyouareusingtheshe/fin
thelowestposition(A),youwill needtousecaution
whenpullingtheshelfout. Werecommendthatyou
pulltheshelfoutseveralinchesandthen,usingtwo
potholders,pulltheshelfoutbyholdingthesidesofit.
Theshelfislowandyoucouldbeburnedif youplace
yourhandin themiddleoftheshelfandpullall the
wayout.Be.verycarefulnotto burnyourhandonthe

Toreplace, place the end of the shelf

Baking resuhs will be better if baking pails are

pans so each has at least 1 to 1½"of air space
