Thiscooktophastemperature
limitersthatpreventthecooktop
fromgettingtoohot.If the
bottomofyourcannerisnotflat,
thesolidelementcanoverheat,
triggeringthetemperature
limitemtoturntheunitofffora
time.Thiswillstoptheboilor
reducethepressureinthe
canner.

processthecanningjamforthe
prescribedtime,withno
interruptioninprocessingtime,
youcannotcanonthiscooktopif
