Internal temperature isthe best testof doneness for many foods.
Use TEMP C.00K/HOLD to
cook a variety offoods to the desiredfinishedfood ten-qxmture. The TIME COOK I &11 setting isrecommended for batters, doughs, frozen foodsand foods which are difficult to cook
precisely with the probe.
“TEMP COOK/HOLD” takesthe guessworkout ofcookingbecause theovenautomaticallysignals with
fourbeeps whenthe foodreaches (hepresettemperature.The Hold featurewilfmaintainthistemperature forup to twelvehoursor untilyou
