model,youmaywonderhowmuch pre-preparationyourdishesneed. Actuallyverylittle.Pre-rinsingof normalfoodsoilsisnotnecessary. Withcommonsenseandalittle practiceyou’llsoonknowwhat foodstoremove.Herearesome guidelines:
1. Scrapeoffbones,seeds,skins,
toothpicksandotherhardsolids.It
isalsobest toremovehardshelled
vegetables,meattrimmings,leafy vegetablesandcrusts.Remove excessivequantitiesofoil or grease.
2. Removelargequantitiesofany food.Yourdishwasherhas abuilt-in softfooddisposerthatpulverizes softfoodbitsandflushesthemaway. Itcanhandlesmallamountsof softfoods,butlargeamountswill
bedifficulttohandle.
3.Trytoremovefoodscrapsand
placedishesindishwasherbefore soilhasachancetodryandbecome hard.Disheswithdri~d-onsoilare moredifficulttowashandmay requireadditionalpreparationfor goodresults.Remembertouse yourRINSEONLYcycleforsmall
