GE Electric Ranges
The porcelain-enameled subtop is designed with special containment wells for easy cleanup. Wires
have been thoughtfully positioned under the edge of the cooktop so they never interfere with cleaning.
Clean-Well™cooktop
Easy to clean.
The Clean-Well cooktop is yet another
GE innovation. It consists of two layers,
including the cooking surface and a subtop.
The surface is designed to contain most spills
before they reach the subtop. High rims around
the Calrod®elements catch spills, and the
one-piece drip bowls are easily removed.
Sturdy and convenient.
The exterior cooktop is supported by a torsion
bar and dual-support rods. To access the
recessed subtop, all you have to do is lift and
lock the cooktop into place. It’s that simple.
Ceramic-glass cooktop.
Responsive.
GE electric ranges have convenient features
to help you cook quickly and coordinate
with ease. The warming zone adds a fifth
element to the center of the cooktop, so you can
keep foods warm and ready to serve. Add
a tri-ring or bridge element and the dual 6"/9"
element, and you have a cooktop rich in
features made to fit your lifestyle.
Attractive and practical.
When it comes to impressive style and
the ability to clean with ease, GE has it all.
The control panel has a redesigned appearance
that is elegant and attractive. It features smooth,
glass-touch controls that are easy to wipe clean.
You also have expanded color choices for the
cooktop—a graceful touch to any kitchen.
The oven is self-cleaning, of course. But for most families, 80% of the cooking is done on the
cooktop. You can see in a glance just how easy it is to wipe the smooth ceramic-glass cooktop clean.
