CAUT1ON:Attachingan adapter ground terminalto the walloutlet coverscrew does notground the applianceunless the coverscrew ismetal, and not insulated, and

circuit checked bya qualified
electrician to make sure the outlet
isproperly grounded.

Youwill need to connect your icemaker to a cold water line. A
water supply kit containingcopper tubing, shut-off valve, fittings and instructions is availableat extra cost from your dealer.

Somemodelshave adjustable rollers that enableyouto move therefrigeratorawayfromthe wall forcleaning;othermodelshave adjustable levelinglegs. Rollersor legsshould be set so therefrigerator
isfirmly positioned on the floor andthe frontis raisedjust enough
thatthe doorscloseeasilywhen
openedabouthaltiay.

Turnthe two frontroller adjusting
screwsor fourcorner leveling legs clockwiseto raise the refrigerator, counterclockwise to lower it.
When adjustingrollers or leveling legsforproper door closure, we recommend thatthe bottomfront edgeoftie cabinetbe approtiately

soft,adjustthetemperaturecontrols. Alwaysallow 24 hours for
the refrigerator to reach the temperature you set.
If you turn your household thermosbt below 60°F. at night
.. .youmay wantto turn the lettered controlonestepcolder,as from “C” to “D~’Cooler temperaturesin the housemaycause thecompressorto operatelessfrequently,thusallowing
the freezer compartmentto warm somewhat. Toprotectyourfrozen foodsupply,leaveyourlettered settingat this colder settingfor the entirewinteror forwhatever period
oftime youare turningdownyour thermostat. This is especially importantwhen thethermostat is turneddownforan extendedperiod.
This changeshould haveno effect on yourfresh foodcompartment. However,if freezingoccurs, turn
the numbered control one step warmer, as from “S” to “4~’
When you stop turningthe thermostat down, turn temperature
controlsbackto theirregularsettings.
