circulatedandconditioned.Pushing

totherightopenstheventdoor,
allowingasmallamountofindoor
airtobeexhaustedfromthe room.

SettheSelectorSwitchatLOFAN
orHIFAN.
Themoisturethatyourairconditioner
removesfromtheairdtis totherear
ofthecabinetwhereit ispickedup
byafananddispersedagainstthe
condenser.Occasion~y,morelikely
duringstart-up,a “pinging”noise
maybe heard.Thisisnormalfora
shorttimeinlesshumidareasand
longerinveryhumidareas.This
methodofmoistureremovalimproves
theoperationalefficiencyofyour
airconditioner.
Note:Beforemovingyourair
conditionertoanotherlocation,
turnitoffandwait5or 10tinutes.
Thiswillallowthecondensateto
drainfromthecoilintothe base
pan.Then,keepingafirmgripon
theairconditioner,carefiUyraisethe
windowandtilt
theaircondfiioner
totileoutsidetodrainthewater
fromthebasepan.
