shouldbe checkedandcleanedat
leastevery30daysor asoftenas it
needs
To
removethe fi~ter:
Grasp the tab at the bottomof the
unit and pull downward.
C1eanthe filter with a vacuum
cleaner to removelightdust. Wash
the filter in lukewarm, soapywater
and rinse in clear water to remove
sticky dust.
When replacingthe fi~ter,be sure
the word FRONTTis facingyou as
you slide the filter back intoplace.

If yourair conditionerisImounted

necessaryto removethe air inlet
grillebeforethe filtercan be
Toremovethegrille,pullthe air
inlet grille out by graspingthe front
at one sideand pushingdown on
the top to disengagethe tab. Do the
sameto the other side.
The air filter can nowbe removed
from the grille—graspthe tab on
the filter and pull.
After cleaning, replace the air filter
and air inletgrille, pushingthe
grille intoplace.
