OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Note : Before first use, Thoroughly clean and dry the fryer.

1. Place assembled fryer on stable, level, heat-resistant surface out of reach of children.
2. Lift the lid to open.
3. Remove the basket from the fryer.
4. Fill fryer with not less than 10 to not more than 12 cups of oil to top indicator mark on the

plugging the cord into the wall outlet. The magnetic end of cord will only go in one way. Be
careful not to disturb the magnetic connection when plugging cord into electrical outlet.
NOTE: The magnetic force is relatively low to ensure that the cord will break away in
the event of being inadvertently pulled; thereby, preventing the deep fryer from being
pulled off a countertop. If it becomes disconnected. Turn the unit off, unplug the
cordset from the wall, reattach the cordset to the Fryer, plug the cordset into the wall
then proceed with operating unit.

Fill and repeat as needed.
11.Set power switch to OFF and unplug appliance after use. WARNING : DO NOT USE THE
MAGNETIC END OF POWER CORD TO DISCONNECT THE FRYER. ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE
PLUG FROM THE WALL OUTLET FIRST. Use only model LM-132 cordset with this Fryer. Use of
any other cordset may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
Resetting the Deep Fryer
In the event that the deep fryer is turned on without containing oil, the heating element will
heat up very rapidly. The deep fryer’s electrical unit will auotmatically shut down the heating
element if this occurs. After the unit has completely cooled, remove the electrical unit and
heating element and press the Reset button in the front side of the control panel. If this is not
done, the unit will not function.
Frying Tips!
The Ready to Cook Light may go out after frying a batch of food. When the oil has reached
the selected temperature, the Ready to Cook Light will come back on. The unit is now ready
to fry the next batch of food.
